Nice gyros in Fira

One of the few cheap eats fast food places opened during off season on Santorini island. The place has basically 2 halves, one side with mostly vegetarians and the other side for meat. The gyros and falafels were low cost and fairly good. This place is usually busy and service is just okay as they are busy and the girl up front can be busy taking phone orders. The food is very good. Nice place for cheap eats.

Exactly what we needed after a full day of riding ATVs around Santorini. The man serving the gyros was extremely friendly, hilarious, and quick. It was obvious he loves serving others, a mindset that is lacking in many of us, unfortunately. It was only €7 for 2 gyros and 2 beverages. The pitas were fresh, soft, warm, and tender, the meat was freshly cut and delicious, and the tzatziki and vegetables were so fresh and light. It was perfect. The final touch was the fresh french fries. They were piping hot and he seasoned them as he wrapped the pita. Would recommend to anyone.

The best take out dinner!

We came here our last night in Santorini and wanted to eat back at our hotel so we got this food to go. We ordered 2 lamb gyros, 1 chicken gyro, 1 pork stick and 2 Greek salads and it was only around 30 Euros which is so cheap!! The food was excellent, very hot and we watched them make it all fresh. The man preparing the food was so fast but also very patient with all the tourists. Highly recommend this place. It was favorite meal our entire time in Santorini!

Food ok service very very poor!

We have eaten many time here. The food is ok but the service is awful! When we order there the girls that is in the from is very rude And always on her phone. When we order delivery last time it took 1.20 hours so they can bring them to us and we had rang them 2-3 times.

Best Cheap eats in Fira

I’ve stopped here both times on cruise excursions. Had the lamb gyro for 2.9 e, also had the hummus platter and wasn’t disappointed either time. You pay the cashier , take the ticket to the cook and he makes it right in front of you. Quick, delicious and didn’t break the bank. Highly recommend this local joint for a quick bite.

Affordable and satisfying meal in Santorini

Located along the main food belt of Santorini, this place offers very very affordable pita-stuffed food items that are very delicious (~4 euros). Portion sizes were also decent. You simply place your order at the central counter, and then proceed either to the left or right, pass them your receipt, and the staff will quickly prepare your order. I tried both their falafel and their meat gyros, both tasted great and made for satisfying meals without any add-ons.

Yogi’s Gyros - A must in Thira

My Gf and I recently enjoyed dinner twice at Yogi’s Gyros in Thira. This restaurant is essentially located in a food court in Thira. We found the gyros to be delicious and our seat yourself table was in a perfect people watching spot. The $3.90 Euro cost of each gyro by far beat the $22 - $30 Euro gyros right around the corner. For a quick, comfortable, inexpensive, and delicious gyro, definitely visit Yogi’s gyros. You will be happy you did.

Our first night in Santorini and we ate a midly disappointing meal elsewhere. And then we found Yogi's and we didn't eat anywhere else for the next 3 days, lunch & dinner! The gyros are absolutely to die for and so cheap! The poor bloke at the counter couldn't keep up with taking in-person and phone orders, it was constant, meaning the food was always the freshest! We sat at one of the few tables and watched them make everything from scratch, kebabs, gyros and pizza. We tried the honey shrimp skewers and cheesy bacon fries which were amazing but nothing, NOTHING, will ever come close to the deliciousness of the chicken gyros. Even my husband, who started on lamb, ended up eating just the chicken gyros with me! The staff are friendly and helpful even when the queue is out the door and I cannot fault them. Cheap, delicious and filling. What more can you ask for?! Santorini wasn't as amazing as I was hoping it would be but Yogi's certainly made up for it in tasty spades! I don't even have photos of the food because it didn't stick around long enough!

Food here is awesome( *****) and you shouldn’t expect better than this. I don’t write negative reviews but this one is exceptional. One star only for the service because the lady behind the counter atleast took my money while seating on her chair. Very unprofessional girl behind the cashier counter who doesn’t smile and speak to you as if she is doing a favour while serving you . This doesn’t stop here she also vapes behind the counter which not only unprofessional also disgusting. If she was working in my restaurant I would have fired her long time ago unless she is the owner. I will go back for good food but if I see her at the counter I will take U -turn

Bang for buck Gyro’s!

Having been given the heads up about Yogi’s from the apartment me and my partner were staying at, Yogi’s was definitely on our radar for the Gyro’s in Thira. On one of our first days on the island we were exploring the local strip and had caught the prices of the food at a glance and thought for the price we had to give it a go. Fast forward three days and I had more than a fair few Gyro’s only finding out on the last day of the holiday it was Yogi’s! All I will say is that it is the pound for pound best Gyro’s in Thira!

Not as good as last time.

Not as good as last time. We had the XL Arabic lamb donner, chips and greek salad. The lamb Donner had three strips of meat in it, which for eur8.50 is not good value. Chips We're not fully cooked and cold and the salad was okay but had only three olives, a large piece of feta cheese and very little in the way of other salad, including loads of onions which weren't mentioned in the menu. The normal pork gyros that I saw being served to everybody else did look good.

Best gyros and souvlaki on the island

In saying that the gyros and souvlaki in Yogis is the best on the island is not an exaggeration. Firstly, there are two places, one on the main street out of town and the other on the main square. We sat and eat in the main street once and got a takeaway another day and tbh I would have kept coming, the food is delicious and so cheap. The owner is very friendly and when we sat an ordered he gave us extras with dipping sauces pita etc. Up on the square it's more takeaway, but equally as good and such a delicious welcome after been out enjoying the fira nightlife. Yogis is a "must have" if in Fira.

Yummy Food at Cheap Price

Best food in Fira (considering I came in winter and many other restaurants, including McDonalds, are closed). The lamb gyro is tasty and yummy, so does the kebab and pork/chicken souvlaki. They have limited dine-in tables and chairs, but most people take their food away. The price is considered cheap. The gyro only cost 6 euros.

Delicious fresh food at great prices

We were in JTR for 5 days, and ate here for 4 days. Amazing delicious fresh food with high turnover. They provide both vegetarian and meat options. The meat is very well flavored and the tzatziki is absolutely delish.
