Not one thing in the order tasted good. It wasn't spoiled food that made us sick but it was not tasty and we threw most of it away. We had visited and ordered food from here many times in the past but not in the...last year. Sorry to write this because we love to support local businesses but something changed here and for worse.More
I cannot say enough great things about Coromandel. We order from here 1-2x per month, it’s that good. As we were eating it tonight, we realized that it’s places like Coromandel that we need to be better about writing reviews for, so here I am....The food is incredible each and every time. Everyone who works here is so nice and the to-go staff is always so accommodating. If you’re looking for a delicious, tasty meal, this is your spot. We do pick up and it’s never taken more than 20-30 min, with the food being hot every time we get home.More
Grateful they have managed to stay afloat post COVID and continue to enjoy the food here as takeout. Family enjoys chicken tikka masala and naan, which is basically a staple for us. I always order a lamb dish and got the lamb pasanda this time...and really enjoyed it. I haven't hit all the items on their menu, but hope to get a chance to try more. When I picked up my food, I saw they were offering sit down in their catering area. Tables are well beyond the 6 feet that you won't have an issue, unless you really don't to eat inside.More
While it's been a while since I've eaten here, mostly lunch specials, I've always enjoyed the food and it's the only Asian food on the block that has mostly Italian, burger and Spanish foods. Since COVID, they are takeout only, but easy to order online...and pick up. Also enjoy the chicken tikka masala and lamb dishes. I tried shrimp tikka masala, but it's not the same, though they did give a fair amount of shrimp. You have to pay separately for naan, which can start to get costly since our whole family enjoys it.More
Coromandel never disappoints. The friendly service staff make a welcoming atmosphere. Great food. The lamb dishes are a favorite. And there will always be leftovers.
No matter when we drop in, the food is great, service is professional, and the atmosphere is warm & friendly. Consistently good over the years!
We were there late Saturday 12/28/19 as a party of four, some of us vegetarians. It was really good food and plenty of it. And I developed a taste for Indian 1947 beer. If and when I can, I will take folks there again. I...found it also interesting that they explain on the menu which region each dish comes from.More
My husband and I have visited this restaurant several times. We can't understand why the restaurant is never crowded. The food is very good and the service is good. They have many vegetarian dishes and a good lunch buffet. They also do a good take-out...business.More
My daughter and I stopped in to Coromandel's ten minutes before the kitchen closed, whew. We made it just in time to place our orders. Besides two women who were seated at the bar, we were the only ones in the huge space. The tables...were neatly set for the next day's eating experience. The white linen under the paper protective coverings and the sparkle from the glasses looked clean and ready to receive guest. But, tonight was just for us. Our meal was just for us. Our server just for us. A taste of India just for us. My daughter ordered the Chicken Masala. She said the sauce was a little thick but it was good. I had her sauce with the Basmati Rice, it was great. I ordered Samosas, Garlic Naan and Bengara Baingen, an Eggplant dish. It was good but the rice with Masala was much better. I was full from the rice and Garlic Naan and could not eat the Samosas, The food is very good. The portions are more than enough. Coromandel is on a beautiful strip of stores and restaurants. You must pay for metered parking every day except Sundays and holidays. A dollar per hour for parking. You can pay at a meter or by downloading the app.More
