Does Metro Pizza & Pasta offer delivery?

This place is so accommodating. I brought my own (tofu) linguini pasta and asked if they would substitute it for the pasta that came with my meal. They were happy to do this for me and it was delicious.

Great Pizza

I love this place. Their pizza is always fresh and delicious. You will not be disappointed with anything g from their menu.

Takeout only and medium crust

This is more of a takeout place, even though they have some seating inside. This place is also located at a busy intersection, so not ideal to drive or walk to. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and one of their rolls, which were ok. Pizza is...a little more doughy than the thin crust I would prefer. It's not bad, but you can get better in the area. Thought my roll was pretty good.More

Best slice in New Rochelle- no kidding!

Metro is an amazing little hole in the wall pizzeria. In my book their Margherita pizza is the very best slice in New Rochelle or Pelham- perfect crust and hands down, best tomato sauce around. Get there if you love great pizza.

The best pizza in New Rochelle. I’m from Bensonhurst, so I know good pizza. The owner, Luigi , has been making pizza pies for 50 years; first in Calabria and now in New Rochelle. Molto Bene!!

These are not the NYC pizzas you are looking for

We got delivery pizza on a friend's recommendation after finding that the place we planned to order from was closed for the holidays. The salads were pretty good, but the dressing was thicker than I would have like (similar to molasses but balsamic). The pizza...was just meh - I've come to expect more from the NYC area and this was something I could get anywhere in the country and it would just be "okay". Not super thrilled, but not actually disappointed (except that it wasn't what I was craving).More

Order from here often. Love the grandma pie and their garlic knots, which are not knots are my favorite Delivery a always great Never disappoints

Neighborhood gem

Everything from plain Pizza to penne a la vodka is delicious! Also, they make their own bottled sodas... not many Pizza restaurants can say that... and they taste really good! Definitely my favorite Pizza place in New Rochelle!

A Delightful Hole-in-the-Wall

It's a very tiny place with an extremely large list of menu items. It appears to be a place where locals get takeout. They don't sell beer or wine, but they told us to go next door to buy some and bring it back to...our table. Our waiter couldn't do enough to please us - he was great! Oh yes - the pizza was good.More

Outstanding pizza, great srvice

Metro Pizza and Pasta served me the best slice of anchovy pizza I've ever had : crisp crust with a generous amount of unusually good anchovies, and perfectly heated. We also had two other delicious varieties: caprese (with sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil) and chicken...bruschetta. There's also a large selection of pasta, which we'll return to try. Only a few tables in a small space, but the turnover is fast, so little or no wait.More

Great New York Pizza!!

Metro Pizza is just a little hole-in-the-wall, but it has outstanding pizza by the slice. It is everything that I wanted in a NY pizzeria -- friendly staff, Yankees game on the TV, and most importantly, some of the best thin crust that you could...ask for. I will certainly be back the next time that I am in town.More
