My husband is a dilettante ice cream maker and throughly enjoyed the candy cap mushroom ice cream, balck garlic ice cream and tomato sorbet. Dinner and cocktails are great too!

A 3 only because the ambience wasn't bad and the service was good - very attentive. The food was sadly a huge letdown. Parents came to visit and I drove two hours to take them here because of the rave reviews and the photos that looked delicious. But the appetisers were nothing out of the ordinary (calamari - the sauce... More

Food was overly flavored but tastey. Server was OK but kitchen was slow and no apologies were made. We were in a less than a half full restaurant and it took 2 hours to get served and that's with desert to go! Not to mention our desert wasn't complete. Worst experience at a restaurant in some time

We drove 2 hours and it was worth it. The food was excellent. Locally grown, fresh. The service was good and a wonderful mixologist i.e. Great drinks. Beautiful location and good ambience

Our first time here but definitely not the last. Our meal was so extraordinary that we took a picture of it. My husband had the Tomahawk Steak - what an impressive presentation! - it's expensive but he took half home with him for another meal. Two people can share it, if desired. I had the filet mignon, also beautifully presented.... More

The hostess and help were very friendly. Waiters have to be better prepared and on top of things. Atmosphere was warm, lovely and casual. The food was a hit or miss. I had the Duck which was so delicious and homemade chocolate ice cream.

We stayed at the Buttermilk Falls in and spa and dined at Henry's . Our waiter mike was professional and polite. The butternut squash soup was amazing, and the filet mignon was cooked to perfection and was delicious. We also enjoy the complementary breakfast .

The room is pretty and you can't beat the scenic location. That doesn't really make up for more misses on the table & bar offerings than hits. Truffle fries appetizer & butternut soup were terrific and the 'chicken and waffles' was a huge portion. Steak & eggs, steak sandwich and breakfast wrap (with chicken sausage) were all tasteless. Two different... More

I'm still really burnt about our meal. The 4 of us each ordered something different and all had grill marks that tasted so charcoaled burnt that it was awful. We sent the steak back in hopes they would get it right the 2nd time, nope. Two chef friends confirmed the problem was surely due to a dirty grill. So now... More

Description
Henry's at the Farm, where "local" is more than a trend, it is our mantra. Henry's is only steps away from Buttermilk's organic Millstone Farm and minutes away from neighboring farms where eggs, honey, herbs and seasonal produce make their way from field, to our kitchen, then to your table.
Henry's dinner menu is country inspired, contemporary cuisine incorporating sophisticated entrees with mouthwatering burgers, intriguing pizzas and a daily selection of house-made desserts.
