The people are super nice. Really, really nice in fact. Very accommodating for sure. The problem is SO much was wrong with our order. Missing items, wrong ingredients, etc. Not only that but there is a long wait. When we went back to get it...fixed the cook touched eggs and cross contaminated before getting to fix our food (we can't eat eggs) and that was the end of it, we just got a refund which they supplied. There is no menu displayed anywhere so you have to wait til you get to the counter to even find out what they have for food. So of course you are wasting everyone's time deciding at the counter when you could be choosing your food as you wait in line. They use the same line to check people out buying normal groceries. These people literally wasted an entire hour's worth of our time as we waited for food and for them to fix their mistakes. Incredible. For a counter serve operation really you shouldn't be waiting more than 10-15 minutes for ordering and for them to cook your food. The organization of the kitchen and staff is atrocious. Someone who has no idea how to run a kitchen efficiently is running this place. Either that are they are short staffed. Either way, we're not coming back and definitely anyone thinking they can get a good allergy free or healthy meal someplace needs to think twice before coming here. Too bad because there's not much in the area catering to these kinds of meals.More

Service was horrible doors locked during business hours. Hope this came out did not say a word. Very very poor service never try to fool couldn’t even get it.

I belong to a fishing club a short distance away and have been in here at last 8-10 times. Great cup of coffee, some very interesting items and gourmet ingredients. But on every occasion I have had to stand there like a wart waiting for...someone to ask if I needed assistance or help. There is a woman (you know who you are) who is always at the entrance either reading or doing NOTHING and she has never once said hello, offered assistance (when she saw me reaching for something beyond my reach on a shelf) or so much as acknowledged any other human presence. The folks behind the counter work like they're about ready to drop dead from boredom. Never once have they said "Thank you!" for the order. Not once. For the folks that love this place, I assume you don't appreciate any human interaction at all. Unfortunately there's not a lot to choose from in town but I'm done going there. Like I said, some great coffee, great sandwiches and items, but service is horrid and personalities are worse than pain on the walls.More

It is the only gourmet type place with in miles. Selection seemed fine on cheeses, coffee and sandwiches. Nice place for the area.

I had the fresh baked bread and raw cheese. They have great tasting crisp apples without the pesticides. Healthy food choices with fresh air, everything to ❤️ love.

We stopped here for lunch and was pleased that we could sit outside by the creek/stream that was behind the building. I had the smoked trout sandwich with smoked peppers....EXCELLENT, and it also had a serious hot kick as well. Everyone's sandwiches or salads were...freshly made and excellent. The market also has many items that are great to take back to your hotel for snacks.More

I always make it a point to stop here when I am in town. They have great fresh produce, delicious pre-made food, nice cuts of meats. Fresh dairy and lovely knick-knacks. Wish they had a store like this closer to home
