Garlic Parmesan wings, spinach salad with house garlic dressing and the teriyaki steak tips are the things that make my heart sing. A hidden gem in a tiny town. Totally worth the trip to good ol' Galway.

We have wanted to go to this restaurant for a long time even though it is off the beaten path... Beautiful old barn converted to a lovely place to dine... Staff very welcoming and attentive... Provided a beautiful b'day cake (ordered in advance).... Dinner was very good but a couple of mistakes were made in ordering.. More questions should have... More
Every time we go there I always enjoy being there, the food is always good. The menu is steak and seafood with some specials. Just reading the specials in fall with words like pumpkin and roasted conjures up a warm atmosphere. There are small rooms to the side of the great room with a fireplace and all tables feel intimate.... More
Seven of us were seated at a very comfortable table. We were waited on right away even though it was moderately busy. The drinks and first course(salad, soup) were brought out pretty promptly. The seafood bisque was good. there was a bit of a wait for the main course, but not overly so. I had the 8 oz. buffalo burger with steak... More
It has been awhile since we were at the Cock'n Bull - service has always been very slow and that has not changed - we started with stuff clams - good - I had the special Brisket with mashed potatoes - very good - my husband had a steak with a baked potatoe - good but soon after eating he... More
Cockn'Bull used to be our go to restaurant for a fancy but worth it family occasion like an anniversary. We went to it for our child's birthday and I have very mixed feelings. None of this occurred. My wife and I each had a special while the kids split a pizza. I had the shrimp and shiitake pastry appetizer followed by... More
If you are expecting quality service and good food, it will not be found here. I am not sure what has happened over the years, but the quality has dropped way off. My daughter and I ordered wings and they had to be sent back for being way under cooked. This is not the first time we have eaten there.... More
Went there for Mother's Day weekend (Sat. evening) we had reservations for 6pm. We had 7 in our party 2 of which were over 80. Everything started out fine. Drinks were served orders taken, all received our salads. Then we sat there for an hour waiting for our food. The waiter never came to check on us at all. Finally... More
