My friend and I were wandering Elmhurst with a vague idea of Colombian Brunch. It was getting hot and sunny, and he looked across the street and said, "what about Vietnamese?" We definitely made the right choice. The beef wide noodles were the least impressive...(the beef itself was unremarkable, but the noodles and sauce were rich and tasty.) The water spinach with garlic (morning glory) was perfect, and the Bánh Cuốn Tây Hồ was fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed the salty plum and pickled lemonade sodas. Staff was friendly, and it was fun to sit and watch what other people were ordering. Everything looked great, and I would definitely go back.More
