I’ve been ordering from Yings a couple times a month for the past year since I’ve been in Depew and never had any issues until new owners took over. The last couple times We ordered there have been issues and during two of the numerous...times we called back . As we should since our hard earned money is being spent on orders being given to us incorrectly. Yesterday we ordered food and had it delivered and even called back to say the food was great as it was - called today to order again and was told management said they are no longer accepting orders from us but would not allow us to speak to a manager to find out why. This place has gone way down hill.More

Apparently they charge you a “connivence fee” to use your debit card which first off I don’t even know if that’s legal but I will find out. Also I wasn’t even made aware of the charge until I got home. The food wasn’t even good....It used to be so much better I don’t know what happened. All I know is I will never go back there again.More

. . . and the fees were outrageous! I ordered the chicken in garlic dinner $9.99 - extra spicy - and additional $0.50! Plus hot & sour soup $2.99 = $23.44! $2.99 credit card charge, $4.99 delivery charge (6.5 miles). The soup was dreadful, but...the chicken dish was fairly good, but I would not recommend.More

Go early for the daily specials. Food is pretty good for the price. Have a couple drinks with the food & you won't break the bank. The bucket of beer is a deal. We all ordered different food & shared. Get out by 10:00pm before...the 21 year olds come in for the evening.More

Went to Yings last Sunday the bar was full but many tables were open. It took a long time to get a menu . I ordered plain chicken fingers and my girlfriend ordered a cheeseburger. We also ordered the $3.00 wing special. The waitress seemed...confused and spent a long time talking to the girl behind the bar. She brought the wrong food so again we waited. When we got the food it was OK but when we got are bill there were extra charges for everything. They charged 75 cents for sauce I did not want that would have went on the fingers anyway and even a charge to put Mayo on the burger. The wings came so late we were done eating so she brought them with the check and wanted to charge full price because we did not eat them there. I called Yings the next day to talk to a manager about our experience but a waitress said she was to busy and would call me back. They never did and they don't care.More

this is what the owner told me when i called to say how disappointed we were after many years as customers when we received cold take out and bland/tasteless "hot and sour" soup. I know chinese have a strange cultural norm and one is not...likely to ever get any special preparation or any meaningful reparations for a bad experience but i had to write about this one as it was a new low.More

Very expensive, high fees for delivery and paying with credit card. Terrible customer service; I've had workers hang up on me, shout at me, leave the phone on hold for a long time, and be generally unpleasant. Always takes well over an hour to arrive,...and the food is always cold by the time it gets here. Best yet, they never get the order right, there is always a major flaw. For example, I ordered a cheese sub with lettuce, tomato, and onion, and asked them not to toast it. Instead I got a toasted sub with no cheese on it. Would not continue to do business with them if they weren't the only place open after midnight around here.More

The restaurant was a complete disappointment! We were not greated when we entered the restaurant, sat ourselves and then proceeded to be ignored. A waitress never came to our table and our order was never taken. We ended up going to the restaurant across the...street which was much cleaner, friendlier and welcoming! I will never go there again and I will let all of friends know what a joke it is!More

Recently the renovated the dining room so it is connected to the bar area. It took forever for them to finish, especially the bathrooms.Coed bathrooms for quite awhile! Ever since there were alot of changes in food and service. The chinese food that was $5.99 and...came with 2 sides now only comes with white rice. We use to get a nice salad and soup. Also the wings are now a $2 upcharge if u order anything but hot med or mild. Thats even if u order them on special for 5 for $1 on Mondays. All the waitresses are different ,More

My overall experience was below a 1. Our food was delievered over 2 and a half hours late and was cold. The delivery man had an attitude. We called to complain and the manager HUNG UP ON US! Terrible costumer service and overall business. Defiently...reconsider before choosing this place. Learn to respect your customers!More

we go to Yings at least once a week. Every Monday they have $1 tacos, 5 wings for $1, $1 slices of pizza every day, $1.50 for a half a cold sub, and $1 rolling rocks. Food is excellent! We love Sam who works on...Monday! There chinese food is only $5.99 for a small which i would never need larger. It comes with 2 sides, you choose between a great loaded salad, soup, garlic bread, fries, or rice. Our favorites are the General tso and the Chicken rice noodles. Also love there fried doughnuts for dessert, you get about 6 not sure, about $3, great with all the powdered sugar, just like a fried dough.More

If you enjoy waiting for a food that takes no less then 15 minutes you'll love Ying. As a side dish for waiting a long time you will be treated awful by a very rude staff and owner and really leave with a pretty awful...experience. No one star because the food was still pretty good.More

I would not recommend. It was a buffet, maybe it still is? Atmosphere was dull and drab, and the food was disappointing. Not worth the time or money I'd say.
