We called in here as we made our way home cross country from Gatwick as the M3 was closed. It is a lovely location, with friendly helpful staff. I had Chicken ceaser salad. I must admit I have had better. The lettuce was coarse and...More

Luckily our Car GPS took us towards Cowdray Farm Shop & Café right at lunch time. A new part of England for us and a new place for lunch. What a lovely sight. I couldn't wait to go in. I didn't have time to visit...More

The broad, golden, estate track – now part of the Midhurst Way – which stretches from the Cowdray Café to Midhurst ‘Old Town’ via The Ruins has been discovered by dog owners from all over the south of England. The best ‘off-lead’ walkíes anywhere. For...More

First time we had visited the coffee shop - a bit pricey but good service and the coffee was great - hot cappuccinos always go down well and the carrot cake was a meal in itself - I had the chocolate and pecan biscuit which...More

Excellent light lunch choices at Cowdray Cafe. You can't book a table but it is rarely more than a 10 minutes wait. Lots of outdoor seating in good weather.

The farm shop has some excellent, tasty produce. Yes it's expensive, it's a deli after all and not a supermarket, but each item has clearly been personally selected and it's all of high quality. We made a very tasty antipasti meal from what we bought...More

I have been here sometime ago with my husband. Service was so disgusting we walked out! I was a bit dubious meeting my daughter there because if this but oh how wrong I could be. It was busy as such a glorious day. A new...More

Not cheap, but we like good quality food. The pork pies are the best I have ever tasted (and I used to live near Melton Mowbray. Venison leg steaks are very good at reasonable cost. Their bacon is really dry-cured. The cafe serves delicious coffee...More
