When one is looking for atmosphere, a wonderful wine selection and a delightful meal, this is the place. While the drinks are a bit on the pricier side than many other places on Market St. The selection and ambience are worth it. Dinner should not be optional!

Our 2d favorite in Corning next to 3 Birds. The Cellar has a great bar and dining area. Steak is superb but last time I had the mushed the French fries on with everything else so not so attractive. You can get tapas here too!
