I picked this restaurant because it was close to my hotel and I found something on the menu I thought sounded good. That is an understatement. I ordered the Taormina special to go along with a canoli. While I was waiting for my food I...saw them stuffing the canoli so I knew it was fresh. When I got to my hotel I could believe the amount of food they gave me. The entrée was actually in two containers because it wouldn't all fit in one. The side salad was quite large and the canoli was huge. The price I paid was so low for the amount of food and the quality. I hope I am back in this area soon so I can eat here again.More
We went to the restaurant because of the good reviews on Trip Advisor. We both ordered a lunch off of the prix fixed menu. You had a choice of soup or salad, entree and a side for $12.99. I ordered the lentil soup, eggplant and...pasta. The food was delicious and the portion was of a good size. I would recommend this establishment .More
First timer here this evening for a take out order, excellent. I kept it very simple with a half dozen baked clams, very, very good the sauce was delicious and tasted fresh. 14" pizza with meatball and onion on half keeping the other half plain....You have to really enjoy a plain slice above all. Again a very good sauce balanced just right with cheese, meatball and the onions. Last, I asked about deserts and left with a NY Style cheesecake (the ricotta version was sold out) it was spot on. The owner also insisted I try the Key Lime Pie on the house however, no room for that this evening! nice touch especially knowing it's my first order. I look forward to returning with friends or turning friends on to this excellent local Italian establishment. (I don't like the star system, it should be go or don't go.)More
Went here during restaurant week. Did not realize we were coming home from a hospital visit and decided to stop here. My sister told me it was good. We had to wait probably because of restaurant week. Not a great place to wait. Just to...small. We sat down people are very very nice. No liquor. That is first thing. Not a bad thing but did not know u til we sat. As for the food salad and dressing was fantastic. Mussels were good. But here is the issue. My veal parmigiana was just not good. It was almost like a patty. I did not like it at all. The other two people ordered pasta dishes and both of them were not happy at all. We waited for second rounds of wine way too long almost done with dinner when they came to take order for second round. Beside that water glasses were empty as well which should never be. Just not good appeared that the workers knew everyone that walked in so must be a lot of regulars and I am not sure why.More
Each time I eat at this restaurant, it is spectacular!! My favorite is the Salmon Piccata. They have a house made salad dressing that is delicious. You can buy some to take home!! It is definitely worth the visit!!

Wonderful pizzeria/restaurant. Pizza delicious and always fresh. Restaurant in the back is small but food is great. Try some of their lunch specials and you will not be disappointed. Service is very friendly. Ask for Vita, a great waitress, very attentive!
I came here on a business trip. The restuarant does not have that many tables however I was able to sit right away at 6:00p.m. Everything I ordered was fresh and tasty. The breads were freshly baked and the glass of italian wine that I...ordered was excellent. Service was also very good. I will definitely come here again while on business.More
This looks only like it is a Pizzeria but in the back there is a nice little restaurant that serves up some great Italian food.
I decided to visit Taormina based on the other reviews. I was not disappointed. Service was very good, the staff really pleasant. I had a salad with a delicious champagne vinaigrette-very flavorful. And then had the pork chops with marinara, mushrooms & garlic. It was...good, but I could stand a bit more garlic - but I’m nuts about garlic. Pork chop was prepared well. I even cleaned the bones! With so many Italian choices in this area, this is one of the better ones. Food is always consistently good. We usually start of with fried Calimari which is always done right, perfectly tender and lightly fried. Chicken parm is aalwaysa great choice and very...nicely portioned. Eggplant rolitinni is also a very good choice. You can't go wrong with either one.More
Have been to this great restaurant for lunch and also for dinner with friends. Have ordered catering from them as well for holiday celebration with family. Food is delicious, service is excellent, very friendly staff. Will be back over and over in coming months.
The pasta dishes stemmed amazing. We had pizza for lunch and it rocked. The kids ate very well as the rest of the family.
