I am a regular here, as well. The co-owners have managed to maintain a thriving, genuine 1970's French Brasserie, with bright red naugahyde booths and black and white period photos. You need a reservation on most any night. The fare is reminiscent of St. Germain, and Le Marais brasseries. Excellent for romantic dinner. Some summer nights pleasant on the outside... More

I ordered the herring as an appetizer and it was nicely presented and very tasty. The bouillabiasse entree had mussels, shrimp, a huge prawn, and cod, in a tasty tomato-based stock. Dessert was a shared peach melba- very nicely prepared and large enough for two. The coffee was of good but not great character. Service was exceptional, with Michael showing... More

Stopped in for a quick lunch today and we were satisfied. I was disappointed in the beer selection, I wish the had a little more selection. Service was good, they were friendly and efficient. I got the steak sandwich which I thought was excellent, steak was prepared perfectly. My wife got the pulled chicken sandwich and it tasted good but... More

We had made reservations for 5 people for last Sunday and arrived on time and were seated promptly which was the last thing that was done promptly. The restaurant was not crowded when we arrived but after taking our drink order (wine) and telling us the specials we did not see the waiter until after 3 other tables were seated.... More

If you like French style food, this is a good place. We had steak tartare, duck pate, moules marinieres and salade nicoise. It tasted fairly authentic, compared to many other French American restaurants and compared to experiences from France. Service was very attentive without being fussy. Prices were surprisingly moderate for a good restaurant centrally located in quaint and touristy... More

It is not your Michelin star french place. Its a fusion of French and American, nicely executed and priced for the location. Food is very good but depending on the hour of the day staff is a little overwhelmed. If you tolerate small shortcomings, its a nice dining place.

OMG, the food reminds me of a lovely little resturant in the countryside of France. I have had the mussles and the duck both excellent. The wines are French and go well with the menu. The ambiance and service friendle and relaxed. Well worh the money - not too expensive for the quality.

We drove a long way to get to this restaurant and it was worth every mile!! Comfortable, neighborly atmosphere, creative menu and absolutely divine food served with care and real concern for the diner's experience. Wonderful wait staff (and presumably the owner) couldn't have been more attentive. We tried several dishes (do try the Moules!) all were excellent! The place... More

Went back here because we had dined here a few years ago and had a good meal. This time the food was fine, but the duck confit was a bit dry. Escargot and steak tartare was good, and wine was decent. Dessert OK.. But it's a charming little local place.

This past weekend my husband and I had lunch here. The dining area is small, but just fine for a couple or two couples to dine comfortably together. The food here is WONDERFUL! Memorable and perfectly cooked food. The chef clearly knows what they are doing, and has experience doing it well. I am considering making this my go to... More
