For the third time, my wife's Holiday Party was at this restaurant. It is not handicap accessible, so if you are handicapped, they don't want you here. We were directed to a room upstairs to the right for our party of 16. The room was very dark. We had to use flashlights to see the menus. I ordered clam chowder... More

I have eaten here many times, and I have always enjoyed the food and the friendly service. Main courses tend to be big and come with either a soup or salad, so I never get to try their appetizers, which is unfortunate. The other thing I wish they had is a kids menu. We ordered mac and cheese for our... More

For years we have been coming here for Thanksgiving and Easter. The buffet is outstanding, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting and the staff is top notch. We have never been disappointed. They also offer a great Sunday brunch. No stop is complete without a visit to the gift shop. Make a weekend of it and stay at the Inn.

We planned on trying to go to The Brae Loch Inn on our way home (we had tried on other occasions, but they were closed). This time they were open for dinner and it was delicious! I ordered the T-bone steak special, it was prepared quickly and properly as ordered. A very filling and happy experience!

A step back in time to a real Scottish Inn!!! Do not let the outside of this establishment fool you. Right on the Main Street this Inn has it all. We stayed here while we were going to a wedding. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. Baths are small but adequate. TV, hair dryers, free WiFi. Continental breakfast has everything with a lovely quiet eating space. Downstairs is a large, wood-paneled dining room with a nice bar. Weekends there... More

We celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary at the Brae Loch and it was excellent! Heidi was our server and she was knowledgeable and personable. We would definitely go back.

I had heard great things about their crab buffet so we decided to give it a try. We were very disappointed. The salads on the buffet were large and fresh and had several dressings to choose from. Unfortunately, the fresh fish, crab legs, and clams were cold which was not appealing. The crabs were not very fresh and the clams... More

Visited Brae Loch Inn for dinner recently. The Cazenovia area is so pretty, beautiful lake, rolling hills. There are two dining rooms, one upstairs, and a more casual pub like dining room in the lower level. My companions and I ate in the lower level as their was live music playing, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Service was ok. The food... More
