Well, this out-of-the way place caught our attention, as we gathered there for refreshments. It seems to be THE place where the locals hang out! Had fun conversations with folks sitting outside and getting to know their stories (and dogs).

We never miss a chance to have lunch several times during our summer retreat in the Chama Valley. It is charmingly unique and the food is outstanding .

Three Ravens is a little coffee house in an historic Tierra Amarilla house. While the menu is limited, the food is very good, and the portions are large. The place exudes local color, and Tierra Amarilla has a long and storied history. Paul, the owner, is a woodworker who makes and sells drums. If he's there, he'll be happy to... More

En route from Santa Fe Airport to Chama I saw the tiny sign on US84N, so the following morning, on my return south and on to Taos, I decided to pay a visit. Found it next door to the county courthouse in Tierra Amarilla, and even though the door sign said "OPEN", I was skeptical. But the door was indeed... More

OK, it's not the Four Seasons. But Tierra Amarilla was a good place to take a break from the road between Santa Fe and Mancos, and we'd read about Three Ravens. The sandwiches we had were tasty and priced about right. We didn't have the coffee and, even though some people were ordering smoothies, water and pop was fine with... More

Stopped in for lunch. The only spot open in town. You order at the counter from a limited menu. I had the roast beef panini and small bag of chips which was good but small. Excellent bread.

I just came back from an 8 day motorcycle trip through New Mexico and this coffee house stands out in my memory as one of my best stops. Stopped off here on a cold morning on my way from Chama to Santa Fe and warmed up with some great coffee and conversation with some other customers from the area. Learned... More

I had a great mug of Carmel Mocha Coffee, and a crispy panini/wrap type of turkey sandwich at this neat little coffee shop. It was a fun place to just kick back and relax and enjoy some great coffee and lunch.

This coffee house is a real find! The building is a labor of love for the owner who is a craftsman in wood working and the inside and out is quite wonderful. They have even created a lovely, peaceful garden area just outside the entrance which is the perfect place to drink their coffee and snack on a pastry before... More

What an amazing find on the road between Taos, NM and Durango, Co. A perfect lunch or breakfast stop, with really good sandwiches, mine was turkey with brie on a green chile croissantcr
