This is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. My husband loves their shrimp dish while I am all about the enchiladas and quesadillas. Always great tasting and served quickly and hot.

I ordered the beef fajitas. They were not anything to write home about. The meat was very bland and the Pico tasted like it had Rotel tomatoes in it. That is why I rated this place average. I am certain there are better places to get mexican food in Taos.
You go up to the counter and order dishes listed on the wall above the counter. I think there are menus. We ordered fahitas, mine beef and my wife's chicken. The food was hot and good. Soft drinks and tea is available. Large windows and AC made the meal very pleasant.
Our grand-daughter turned 18 so we went to Guadalajara Grill to celebrate. Excellent customer service. Food service fast and Hot. But the best was the dessert ....a huge Fried Ice Cream with a candle and 5 singing waiter singing Happy Birthday. Made the a perfect meal complete. The entire staff ....JOB WELL DONE> Go enjoy delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner or... More
Our river rafting guide recommended this restaurant as a family friendly location to get some local flavor. At this establishment you, order at the counter. Our family of 7 was overwhelmed, as there were rotating TV menus that changed faster than I could focus on. It took us 10 minutes to figure out what we wanted to order, which made... More
Very good food... decor is questionable. Really unsure of how to order. I held up the line since I did not know the large menu and there was no one seating you. Turns out you can sit down and order off expansive menu.
Where else can you find a car wash, nail/hair salon, auto sale agent, Mexican grocery, and cantina/grill all combined in one property? Guadalajara Grill is the centerpiece of this unique property with adequate food and quick service. Orders are taken at a counter and delivered to your table when ready. Service was friendly, food was very good but not as... More
Easy to find location, great selection of traditional Mexican entrees, fast service, friendly staff.....
Very reasonable, large portions, average new mexican fare. I would call it a diner rather than a grill. We ate at the location on the north side of Taos. There is also a newer venue on the south side. Food is good, but not great. With limited times to eat out, I wouldn't return when vacationing.
