Get the shrimp or fish tacos - they are the best I have had anywhere! If you get a burrito make sure it is a "smothered" burrito otherwise they tend to be dry. Funky atmosphere but great service.

It is located just South of Taos so the crowd is light. It is very casual and you order at the counter. The food was good, large tasty portions and fast!

Whatever they season the chicken fajitas with is amazing! Very large portions so consider sharing unless you're super hungry. Great place for families. Very nice staff. Knocked one star off because the rice tasted like it was out of a box- boo! Come on GDL Grill you can do better! Guac was also good.

The menu is not the same. I got poisoned by the enchiladas and still trying to recover. The green chili sauce is filthy and definitely old.

I crave their Chicken Tacos and guacamole! Be sure to save room for the Fried Ice Cream. Yes, Fried Ice Cream is enough for at least 4-6 people. Enjoy! We bring all our friends here when they come to town.

We eat here about once a month and is usually pretty good. I don't give one bad experience and give a bad review...the 2 star is for the fact that I ordered one thing and they brought me something else. When I pointed it out to the server, she took it to the kitchen, and a lady came back with... More

Always enjoy eating here. The Tapatio (Rib-eye steak) and shrimp is so good it makes you think about it for a couple of days after.....you have not had a quesadilla until you try the Azteka. It's shredded beef with sautéed onions and bell peppers with melted cheese between two flour tortillas....very delicious.....great service and fun times.....

Best mexican food in Taos. Its where locals go.. The one on the south of town is different from the one north in El Prado and the food is different. The northern Guad is more traditional New Mexican fare, while the one in the south is traditional Mexican. Try it.
