Michaels Kitchen is THE place to eat breakfast. Their bakery items are so good. We eat breakfast there several times during our stay in Taos.

Really, Michael's Kitchen never disappoints. The food is fresh, the atmosphere is cozy, the servers are great We ask for a slight modification of our meal and our server was very happy to accommodate our request. She was charming! Look around, when you see that all of the locals eating here, you know why. Give Michael's Kitchen try. I have... More

Veggie omelet with hash browns and raisin bread toast just wonderful. Omelet had lots of peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. Crispy hash browns were terrific.

The best food ever! Operating hours are weird, and the service can be a bit rude, but the food is just the best! The flautas, the sopapillas, the guacamole, and even the hamburguers are delicios! Prices are good value-wise. They telll us breakfast was good, but we went for lunch. Highly recommended!

No matter how late we got started each day,Michaels was always serving breakfast. This is my third time eating here. The food quality and service has been consistently good. The green sauce had a nice flavor. They serve breakfast on a huge plate with enough food that I always took half of it to go.

My husband loved it! Being a vegan, there was only oatmeal for me.. He wanted to go back! Locals love it and it's in most guidebooks, easy to find, on the main drag.

We have a tradition in our annual trips to Taos – stop at Michael's for breakfast on our way out of town when we're leaving. Sometimes we can't wait until the last day, and so will have breakfast or lunch there in between. The food is authentic New Mexican, and simply delicious. The service is friendly and efficient. There are... More

Another TripAdvisor recommendation brought us to have breakfast here. Good food, good environment and just an overall funky place to people watch.

Been here before and think it is a credible place to eat in Taos. Large portions of SW style. Lots of variety on the menu.

We had a nice breakfast at Michael's. I enjoyed the chili smothered omelette, and always have to remind myself that New Mexico chilis are hotter than ones I'm used to :) The pancake side dish was also really good.
