A local favorite but always a line out the door which sucks and wait staff is not the friendliest or most efficient. The owners however are very wonderful. The food is traditional local food with a fun twist with excellent prices! Best doughnuts and cinnamon...More

Stopped in for breakfast one weekday morning. Short wait to be seated - but that gave us time to review the menu. Friendly, professional service - and a quality breakfast. Portions were more than adequate - and satisfied us until dinner. Expect longer lines on...More

I'm not a big red chile fan, but Christmas style breakfast burrito was FANTASTIC! You can't go wrong with Michael's. Every time I visit Taos, I make sure that I eat at least one meal. Also, the cinnamon rolls are HUGE! Make sure you visit...More

Michael’s was our “go to” for breakfast and lunch. Excellent choices and very good service. I recommend the Reuben Sandwich! Best I’ve ever had!

Yes, tourists flock here in the heart of Taos (including me), but the ambience and food is delicious. It’s not sophisticated cuisine, but traditional local fare that leaves you satisfied and ready to explore the town.

Had been advised not to leave Taos without trying an indian taco. I usually do not eat tacos, but wanted to give it a try. Michael's seemed to be the only place advertising them, so we went. Even as a non-taco eater, it was delicious!...More

This is a bakery and breakfast type place. If you're GF it's eggs, bacon, and potatoes for you! No chile either as it has flour in it. I'm not a big fan, but judging by the lines, it's very popular. I just think it's very...More
