The flavors are creative, inventive and varied. A very high quality bowl of noodles! A perfect stop when shopping or running errands.

Delicious Noodles! Get a bison plate :) The owner is the cook. Kind of pricey for a street food, but worth it

Easy choice, right off the plaza in the walking / shopping area on the way to Bent Street. You can smell the cooking as you walk. This is an outdoor, cart based eatery. Marshall is the owner. If you want a simply delicious meal in the open in downtown Taos, these noodles are not going to eat themselves! The red curry noodles are perfectly done and the spring rolls will not disappoint. It's a great place to people watch and just eat some down to earth good food.

I made it to Taos rather late this time but still poked my head around the corner and was extremely pleased to fins the stand opened and Marshall there. I had the cold Thai noodles with veggies and peanut sauce...man... More

Great Noodles operates out of a food cart on a shopping street, doing a very good job with what they have to work with. Seating is sort of "catch as catch can" in front of other businesses. We have enjoyed lunch there on both of our last two trips to Taos, and would probably go back again the next time... More
