These two salads are awesome! The Quinoa Salad is Vegan, has raisins, pecans, celery, apple and Quinoa. The second is the strawberry pecan salad and it has spinach, lettuce, onions, pecans, strawberry, goat cheese, a Parmesan cheese basket and the most delicious balsamic dressing!
