Four of us had different dinners here and each cleaned his/her plate. Food was terrific. Generous antipasto included shrimp cocktail. Service was prompt and friendly. Setting is beautiful. Owner greeted us upon arrival.

After going here for 20 years, I am done. Food was not good. Wondered why for a Wednesday night only 3 other people in the restaurant. Veal chop was not good. Chicken farm, not good. Penne with vodka sauce very dry. This was always my favorite. Food quality gone down. Feel bad, but now I know why no one was... More

Hadn't been here in months. Nice to be back. Try their Veal Saltimbocca - very nice. Attentive staff. Very nice. By the train station in Red Bank.

I've been going to San Remo for a year now and I have never been disappointed. The food is excellent, real authentic Italian cuisine not just your typical Italian dish. The specials there are a must try, there's always a wonderful chef's special dish that's beyond delicious. The staff is very friendly and professional, the location of the restaurant is... More

We had been going regularly (every 6-to-10 weeks) to San Remo at their previous location for more than a dozen years, both for family and business dinners. Always first rate. When they relocated to the current location, we were concerned about a drop off in food quality and service since the menu changed a bit and the dining room staff... More

On a rainy night, we decided to go to San Remo for a light dinner as always, the wait staff were friendly and welcoming. We forgot to bring our wine so the waiter shared a bottle with us. The dinner was delicious from beginning to end. We especially enjoyed the mussel appetizer which was flavorful and quite spicy! We love... More

Good thing I didn't listen to the previous review who seems to like to proliferate simply to entertain himself. Food was fantastic, as it always is. We arrived late. Most places would turn us away, but we were welcomed in and at no time were we rushed. Lobster & Crab Bisque, homemade Beef Lasagna, Snapper Oreganata, Sesame Seared Tuna. Everything... More

My wife and I have been coming to San Remo for years, but probably never again. While the food is still superb, the service is now an embarrassment, as corroborated by other TripAdvisor reviewers. Multiple times we've arrived on a Saturday night, only to find that no one is at the front desk as host/hostess. (Last night we waited nearly... More

I enjoyed my dinner so much-- that I want to bring my family back! The bruchetta, that they provide complimentary for you, with the bread, was INCREDIBLE! I shared an app with my friend, it was a special, but was like a caprese - and it was awesome. I had homemade pasta as an entree and that was delicious. I... More

Don't know what the other reviews are talking about in the way of service, our server Amanda took amazing care of a table of 11 in the upstairs dining room. The food was delicious & we did not feel rushed at all. Dessert was introduced to us & was sold in a way that she made us all want coffee... More
