We’ve been enjoying this spot for years but this time was a disappointment for a few reasons. The first was being faced with a mandatory $5 valet parking fee (plus a tip) when we arrived. We’re seniors so have always appreciated the large lot adjacent...to the restaurant with ample parking. It’s now valet only. A second change since our last visit last summer was the addition of a 3.5% fee for credit card use in paying for brunch. I wish restaurants would let people making reservations know about this new fee in advance so they can bring cash. And finally, what would have been an absolutely scrumptious meal of avocado toast, tomato, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce was ruined by a lukewarm meal with a cold tomato slice. We didn’t mind the lengthy service since we were there to catch up with friends, but the lack of hot food was a huge letdown.More

Was looking forward to seeing family for lunch. We had to ask for the specials menu after being there for quite a while and then given only one menu for our party of 8. I ordered the crab cake sandwich which was tiny and mushy...and a complete disappointment. A very dissatisfying experience.More

I visited the LS in the middle of the week when things were quiet. Keep that in mind. Lambertville is charming, if nothing else and the LS is ideal for a pleasant lunch. The food is well prepared. The venue is picture perfect. My server,...Blake was friendly, attentive and competent. The parking is ample and the bathrooms clean. What else can you ask for? In a world where McDonald’s can set you back $10 (and I love a Big Mac) the LS prices are very reasonable. If you want a sure thing in Lambertville … go to the Lambertville Station.More

We've eaten here 3 or 4 times in the last year. The food has always been good, the service has always been prompt and pleasant, and we'll certainly go back again.

Went with family for a celebratory birthday brunch. Wow on all fronts. Of course, the place and the setting is always beautiful. Food— we shared a flatbread that had smoked bacon and arugula and cranberries and it was a hit for all. The special omelette...of the day with spinach and feta was huge and delicious. They graciously subbed bacon for sausage for all who wanted it. Also French toast with three scrambled eggs and sausage and perfect home fries was another huge portion and great. We had a two year old with us and there was no fruit on menu but the owner— nice guy who came over to chat- came back with sliced apples and it was perfect . Great service and amazing value. Go. You will not be disappointedMore

Nice place; service was solid. Oysters were delicious. Main course: spinach ravioli with broccoli rae and butternut squash in porcini cream sauce. The entree was the issue. The Sauce was so thick and voluminous it overwhelmed all the other ingredients. Nothing had a chance to...assert itself. Highly recommend the wine bar, however. We went there afterward and Alan Levinson was an ideal host. The wine flights are delicious.More

Absolutely fabulous place. Popped in here for food and drinks before attending our gig at New Hope Winery. The staff were so attentive and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. There’s a wine cellar seating area with...a lovely open fire, a restaurant area and a bar area. Definitely recommend a visit.More

I was embarrassed. I had a friend visiting from Bergen County. I have been here several thousand times. I had my youngest daughter's graduation party here ( five years ago) and the food was excellent. I have been a few times over the past year....I know there were new owners coming on board so I expected a slight change. There is a huge change. The portion sizes are laughable. My friend ordered the crab cake sandwich. The bun swallowed the quarter-sized crab cake. I had an extra slight serving of a pasta dish that was overpriced. We were still so hungry after we ate the entrees that we had to order an additional salad. $120.00 (tip included)for lunch for two people, and the food was not great. This is the third time that the food and service did not fit the bill. I used to love this place.More

Decided to try out the new sports bar downstairs to watch a game. … I love the atmosphere of this restaurant, but the food seems to fluctuate. Today was the worst brunch ever… Was to be challah bread, French toast… but it wasn’t. I think...it was the multi grain that they use for the avocado toast… I wanted eggs over easy; they came hard and barely runny… I sent them back and then they brought me two eggs, sunny side up… A little too slimy for me… But I ate them anyway… The potatoes were these little square brown things, very unappealing , and looked like they were sitting out all day… No taste… I just don’t know why this place can’t produce better meals…Anyone can make a fried egg… But they can’t. They need to step up their game. At least the Giants won!More

I hadn't been to the Station in a few years and was so happy when a friend recommended we meet there. We lunched al fresco. The service was quick and friendly, our salads perfectly dressed, and the chips were freshly made. Nothing out of a...bag or bottle here!More

I don't know what's going on at the Lambertville Station. Twice now, I've tried to get information and/or make reservations. The first time, I got someone on the phone who didn't speak English. He just gave stock answers that had nothing to do with my...question. The second time, I called in the middle of the afternoon to make a reservation and got a recorded message to leave a message and they'd call back. Well, I never got a call back. I would not trust this restaurant to make an accurate reservation or even to be open when they say they will. We've tried twice in the last few months to grab a drink at the Wine Cellar and it's been closed, despite the hours claimed online. We used to like going here, but we'll find somewhere else that actually wants to do business.More

The food was ok. The service was terrible, the manager Wayne explain to us that he was short staff and he took of us for our dinner orders. He was very good and make us feel good after the fiasco of almost walking out of...the place. He present us with dessert at the end of our meals very generous and we were very grateful for trying to make us feel good throughout dinner. We order the oyster in a half shell, the Caesar salad with salmon, fried calamari, and the Duck Special of the day. The calamari to my opinion should be prep a bit less messy that what was served, the Caesar salad got too much dressing so it got soak so the romaine lettuce didn’t have the classic crunchiness. Moreover the croutons were very large and huge quantity, romaine lettuce should dominate the salad not croutons, salmon was great, the oyster of course were fresh and good. Lastly the duck has a succulent flavor however it was overdone too dry inside but overall was ok dinner. It has become a problem everywhere with short staffing of personnel in restaurants however, I believe they shouldn’t sacrifice service for quantity. I will recommend the wine tasting at the basement of the place very cozy place to wine and eat appetizers. No full meals.More

Used to love going there but the new owners are going to have to step it up—-bring back the turkey sandwich with raspberry mayonnaise. The menu is much more bland than it used to be. The prices sure aren’t!
