A nice place to sit and eat, with okay food and great staff, but being a farm restaurant you would think they would have a little more in relation to making healthy dishes. Went for the 1st time for breakfast today and I was not...very impressed with the contents of the dishes. The food wasn't any better than any other breakfast place. I had the Potatoes and eggs and it was basically a huge amount of potatoes, aioli sauce and an egg, it normally comes with beef, but being a vegetarian, I ordered an additional egg. Also, they call their potatoes "crispy" but they are not. I realize that that's what the Spanish dish is but it would have been nice to have a choice of a dish with some healthy vegetables in it. They also didn't ask me how I wanted my eggs (my mistake). It would be awesome if a dish or two had some spinach, broccoli etc. or at least the options to add without making the price outrageous. A couple dishes had some greens with it, which I didn't ask what they use but might ask and try if I ever go back. Sorry to say, but it just didn't impress me since I was expecting a more healthy, interesting and maybe different dishes for the price.More

I ran in on Easter looking for plain yogurt - an essential ingredient to my menu which I failed to buy in advance and of course they had amazing house-made plain yogurt. Picked that up along with some amazing baguettes, some gorgeous last minute produce...impulse buys and a meaty bone for the dog. Thanks BFM!More

Since lowering their prices for prepared food during the early months of the pandemic, I have tried to stop by nearly every day to buy something. Between the drive to excellence built into their mission, the exceptional tastiness of their offerings, and their innovative, surprisingly...well executed market operation (with varied offerings every day), my husband and I try to support them as much as we can. One always hears about the importance of food ethics and buying directly from humane, environmentally responsible, high quality producers, but Brick Farm has created a local farm-to-market operation with prices that make a commitment to these ethics actually affordable. I’m not associated with the company and don’t know the owners personally, but I hope locals and visitors will make a point of supporting this place and not take it for granted.More

Each time we visit Princeton we always make a visit to Brick Farm Market for brunch or lunch. The food is fresh, natural and tasty with plenty of choice. The coffee is always good.

Despite the general unfriendliness of the staff, I do like coming to this market-slash-coffee shop-slash-produce market-slash-cheese shop-slash-a number of other things. (Good place to buy natural dog treats such as chicken feet.) When I order coffee or hot drinks here, I've found that I have...to be very specific. (i.g., "with vanilla...in a to-go cup...Earl Gray tea, not English Breakfast...") I've never received a smile from anyone that works behind the coffee/pastry counter, but the cashiers are friendly enough. Expensively-priced items, but I love the long tables for working w/ my laptop.More

We met 3 relatives there for lunch as we were passing through the area. The sandwiches were quite good and not any pricier than many other deli places we have visited throughout the country. We especially appreciated that we were allowed to linger well past...ending our meal. Didn't hurt that we were not there when it was super crowded.More

Been here tons of times, beautiful design, they've really thought through just about everything. Only issue is the pricing is ridiculous on certain things. Lunch portions are small compared to the price you are paying. They have a real barista, coffee offerings are top notch.

After several attempts looking for Irish Soda Bread over the last weeks, my search ended on March 17th of all days at The Brick. It was unwrapped, small and appeared burnt with a price of 6 Dollars to boot. To a person who watched the...building being built and wondered how the owners planned on recouping their huge investment the answer is now clear.More
