Was immediately seated as we had made a reservation but server did not come to our table for over 20 minutes just to greet us and take our drink order. We then had to wait another 20 minutes to put our food order in. Once...the food order was in, we were impressed by the speed in which our food came out but at that point had been sitting for over an hour. To be fair, there was only one server on but that is not the fault of the customer. The food itself was so-so. The bread and salad were fantastic. Bread was warm and fresh with a delicious olive oil blend to dip. The salad was also fresh and crisp with a delicious house dressing. As for the meals....eh.....bland. The pizza was not that great. The pasta dishes were bland. The lasagna was burnt. Definitely nothing to write home about.More

The one page, 2-sided menu has something for everyone...from appetizers (we had the Eggplant Tower) to personal pizzas, to traditional Italian dishes. I choose a homemade pasta ( Tortellini Tre-P with Prosciutto, Peas, Pecorino, Cream, and my friend had the plain tortellini, to which she...added a few personal touches. The bread was hot and fresh and was served with an awesome dipping mix. We were too stuffed for dessert but I'll bet it would have been fantastic. Our waitress was attentive, funny and engaging and it hardly seemed like we spent 3 hours eating...but we didMore

The Antimo's online ordering and on-site pickup system works to perfection. And, all of us, the Antimo's customers, are the beneficiaries. The menu, on their web site, is sufficiently specific and clear with plenty of options (toppings, sauces) and even a text box for typing...your special requests (e.g., dressing on the side). You can even request a specific pickup time and pay for your order online with a credit card. When arriving at the restaurant, you park in one of their designated, numbered spots and call them. You pop the trunk and someone comes out, puts the order in the trunk and off you go. Easy, peasy! And, oh yes, the food is very good. We keep it simple --- a Cheesesteak (see photo) a Caprese Salad, maybe a soup like Pasta Fagioli (photo) or a pizza. During the time of the coronavirus, good take-out food backed up by an efficient ordering system is a big competitive advantage!More

Food, service, and friendliness of all staff shines. They serve local wines, but this is a BYOB. They offer homemade pastas including gluten free brought in fresh frozen.

My family and I went here last night to celebrate a birthday. We have been here several times. The service has always been so so but we return because of the quality food at reasonable prices. Last night we waited 45 minutes and had to...ASK for our food. My advice: order takeout.More

This little restaurant is tucked in a strip mall next to PNC Bank. Apparently they have been there for some time, but we just discovered them. I had the pasta with chicken, and my wife had chicken with vegetables. The pasta was homemade. The vegetables...were fresh and NOT overcooked. We were very pleased and plan to make it one of our go to places.More

Antimo’s is a lovely Italian restaurant located in Hopewell Boro. Homemade pastas and fresh food are the trademarks or owner and Chef Antimo. The staff is pleasant and the food is delicious. Highly recommended!

This first visit was on a Monday. Most of the clients were takeout. Our service was spot on in every aspect. From the in house made bread thru the entree was ideal. We have told many about this location - we live 45 minutes away...and will returnMore

After driving past a million times, glad we finally stopped and found a new destination amongst our Hopewell restaurants. Almost all the food was excellent, the warm bread before the meal with very tasty garlic herb oil, the kids pizza was great, the french fries...tasted amazing, but the thing to come here for are the main courses. The pesto eggplant stack app was fantastic, and I soaked up all the pesto sauce off our friends plate with the bread. My wife’s portobello and sausage ravioli was fabulous. The sauce was intensely flavorful and rich and we’re so looking forward to the leftovers! My eggplant rollatini was only OK. I was disappointed with two things. I wouldn’t pay the extra five dollars for the homemade pasta, it almost seemed cold and not as fresh as I would’ve expected, esp for $5. Overall the dish could’ve been warmer, but I very clearly agree with one of the other reviewers, that the red sauce was rather bland. I added the dipping herb garlic oil on top of the pasta to give it more flavor. But my one dish wasn’t enough to hold back the fifth star, everything else was excellent including the ambience and we had plenty of space for our Saturday lunch. We found it very kid friendly, and although BYOB, they have local wine from Unionville Vineyards available for purchase, which was only OK. We’ve had a phenomenal Chardonnay from Unionville previously, but believe it was the reserve and this option was only their standard chard, so better to BYO.More

Empty on a Saturday evening. Why? The food is just “ok”. Sauces shockingly were “diner like” for chicken Marsala. Nothing special. Ambience stark. But despite no one else being there, service not particularly attentive. I’d go back - but not too soon.

Went here this past weekend for the first time. When arrived the restaurant was not too busy and the hostess seated us in one of two rooms. Lots of tables had a 'reserved sign'. Nice menu plus they had a specials menu. We ordered lobster...ravioli, homemade pasta dish, scallops and veggies, all were delicious. Bread was just okay, nothing special. There were four of us and three of us took home leftovers as the servings were large. Prices were reasonable. The restaurant filled up and then got very noisy, difficult to have a conversation at our table. Nest time we will go earlier before the crowds get there. Atmosphere inside is very nice. Will be back.More

an excellent Italian restaurant with homemade pasta and some of the best dishes I've had anywhere. The sunday dinner is by far my favorite with all the meats perfectly slow cooked in the gravy. The pizza is pretty good too, but the entree's really standout.

We were thoroughly pleased with our food as well as the service. We also enjoyed the ambience -- that is, the clientele and decor. However...the noise volume was near deafening. The main dining room could benefit from a few sound baffles. The room is all...stone and plaster, so there is no where for the sound to go. It just reverberates.More
