This is the only place where I buy Japanese food.. Great selection, not too salty, good size portions, all dishes that I have tried here are awesome.

We have been going here ever since they came to town maybe 20 years ago. Sushi is good but we have other places we prefer. The Chinese is the star for us considering that New Jersey seems to have cornered the market in mediocre Chinese...food. They are much pricier than the competition but, if you consider fresh and delicious food, they have no competition. Delivery is fast.More

This cozy restaurant offers an upscale dining experience at a moderate price. Dishes to satisfy all can be found in the menu. Not limited to Chinese cuisine as it also serves sushi. Highly recommend.

Not sure why they call themself Japanese, whereas the menu has many chinese and thai dishes. My family had avokado salad, wonton soup, pad thai, and sushi. I had a daily special -curry seafood soup. My family liked the food and thought that it is...better than other places in which they had lately asian food. My dish had lobster, shrimp and calamary. The dish was large. I liked the seafood, less the curry soup. The restaurant is nice and clean and service was very good.More

Quick service, delicious food, good options for vegans and vegetarians. Fried tofu is a guilty pleasure. Brown rice available.

Hanami has been here for many years. We used to eat Chinese almost exclusively when it first opened. Now we have Sushi frequently. The kids like it too.

Stopped in for lunch and they were closing so I went back a few days later.. Sushi was average. Nothing outstanding.. Was really disappointed.. Service is ok.. But sushi wasn't really fresh. Would not go back.. Umeya is way better.. totally about 20 notches up...from here...More

Excellent local place to eat in or take out. We usually get some of their Hanami special hot dishes, as well as sushi. They deliver in an unbelievably quick amount of time--how do they do that?

Four of us had four different Chinese dishes that were not at all typical American-Chinese food. The younger two loved the food and us older two weren't that excited. But it was obvious that a lot of locals like the restaurant and the food.

Creskill Hanami is our go to restaurant for good local Chinese and Sushi. They are friendly, reliable, delivery is fast and the food is very good.

We have ordered from here for years because even though they are expensive, they were always the best and most reliable place around. Recently something has changed, for some reason the quality is not as good as it was. My last two takeout orders were...disappointing. The chicken which was always the best didn't impress. The sesame chicken tasted off as well as the chicken lo mein. Both used to be the best around even though they are much more pricey than any other chinese place around. The sushi too was not as fresh as it once was. We would order from here at least once a week but now I think we will give it a rest and skip their food for awhile. Maybe different chef? Anyway, I am no longer singing their praises.More
