This Inn is located right in the center of town, so it's convenient for walking to other spots to shop, grab a coffee, or browse in general. I went for lunch on a couple of occasions and though a number of brews were not available, they still had a good selection. I tried a sampler & the 4,000 footer IPA... More

On a gorgeous Fall day, my wife Martha and I took our English Springer Spaniel Meg for a morning upland hunt just above The Notch in Jefferson and Lancaster, NH. In addition to some not-so-successful Woodcock and Grouse hunting, we got to view the near end of our colorful Leaf Peeping season. As part of our day trip, I promised... More

This place was a nightmare to navigate. Stopped here for a quick lunch after hiking all morning. After sitting through stop and go traffic to finally get through town we found we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. It was crazy trying to find the check in and then finding out they had a separate check in for... More

I apologize these folks did not have a the great experience they had imagined. The property is definitely a challenge to navigate down hall ways etc, with three different bars and several dining rooms even though we have lots of signage. We opened the restaurant in a 100 year old home over thirty years ago with 25 seats and organically... More

We have been coming to or passing through this area for more years than I can remember. What is memorable Is that we never pass up a chance to stop here and eat. On our July vacation we ate here three times-- last weekend we went up for some foliage viewing and absolutely had to stop for lunch and some... More

We ate here for lunch. While it was good, I wouldn't rush to return. However, I fully admit that I am not a beer drinker so the whole "brewery" thing was lost on me. It does look like a fun place to visit if you like beer and want to take the tour.

We stopped there when it was pouring rain and it was good. I think the best option in the town. Although they didn't have the maple beer in October? Come on!!! disappointed!!!! Nice big fireplace inside, or you can eat at the cozy inn side.

Two of us ate here on the public holiday weekend whilst we were waiting to rendezvous with two others. The establishment was large and efficiently run on what was a very busy evening. On arrival we opted fro the quietest bar/dining area upstairs and were very well looked after by the two ladies on duty there, who worked hard and... More

Great breakfasts here. Would recommend anything from the eggs benedict to pancakes and waffles. Coffee is good and strong. Would also highly recommend staying here in the inn.

We ate here last night and the main thing to say is that the portions are enormous, the food is simple and well cooked with an extensive menu offering everything from mac and cheese to steak. It was extremely busy but our server was delightful, well informed and very efficient, service was quick and food quality was not compromised. I... More
