We have been searching for a great Greek salad in NH and hoped that this would be great. There are no hosts or signs when entering so it's not clear how to order food or where to eat it. Basically the place is weird dairy queen that serves baklava and Greek dinners. Very odd set up and atmosphere. The eat... More

We love greek food, tried this place once and were disappointed in pita wrap sandwich, it was mostly lettuce with very little chicken. Gave it a second try and ordered a salad called the village salad, the worst unripened tomatoes with a plate full of cucumbers, very little feta and very little chicken, was swimming in greek dressing. Half a... More

Cafe Nostimo serves lunch primarily to the employees of the many business' on Mirona Road where it is located and dinner to Greek food enthusiasts from all over the New Hampshire seacoast. The food is delicious, authentic and amply portioned with several vegetarian selections. They serve beer (with many craft selections), wine (primarily Greek vintages) and Margaritas. Dined here on a Friday night with 10 friends to celebrate a birthday. We never felt rushed and they accommodated us with friendly smiles and were happy to help us. Unfortunately I can't dietary restrictions and the owner (?) was so incredibly helpful and made a shrimp dish for me that was fantastic. The rest of the party had not... More

Party of 5. You go to the counter and order and pay. They deliver to the table. The giros were good. Pastisio was ok but not great. I had a lamb souvlaki which I ordered med rare. It was very well done. The tsaziki lacked flavor. The person who ordered chicken had to wait a very long time, we had to... More

I had the chicken souvlaki - chicken kabobs with potatoes (choice of fries, rice, or potatoes, I chose the potatoes). The chicken was cooked perfectly - a taste of the flame-broiled, moist, just perfect. The two kabobs were generous sized, and the potato portion was also generous. If my wife and I weren't quite as hungry, we would have done... More

Cafe Nostimo is a little out of the way off Route 1. It's also very casual, counter service, and no tablecloths. But the Greek cuisine is authentic and quite reasonably priced. You can buy a beer, eat to excess, and go home guilt free. It has a family atmosphere and a relaxing, low-light ambience. Nice find.

Always excellent quality portions and prices. Family run. Off the beaten tourist track. Discovered 4years ago and a favorite go to place. Great casual dining and kid friendly. Everything from lite bites to full dinners. If seafood lover Calamari dinner with Greek potatoes and Greek salad is huge, fresh, delicious.
