Local bar with draft beers and pub menu. Friday night live music. Our servers were great. Simple, relaxing and fun.

I paid cash, laid $11 and change on top of my bill, had my back to it as I was watching the band, did look as I was getting up to leave and saw the bill left on the counter and my money was gone, so safe to assume they took it. Left to go home and next thing I... More

My cousins and I stopped by for dinner and drinks. Great place, good food and the view of the river, well it doesn't get much better!

We came here prior to going to a play - wanted a bit of a different vibe than the Red Arrow Diner (which essentially provides the food, so you can get good food with a more "grown-up" atmosphere). It was a beautiful summer night so we ate al fresco on the deck overlooking the river. The service was prompt and... More

I've eaten here a few times when in the area, and their chili is one of the best I've had. I love the atmosphere -- it's cozy and cool. They also have good live music occasionally at night. Friendly service and customers. A little gem of a place!

Nice place, welcoming, friendly and local - good range of beers - dartboards and food from the Red Arrow Diner above (the Tavern is in the basement) - what more could you want?

Was in the area before a show and stopped in here. Tried to go to the Red arrow diner but it was packed. This is the tavern which is part of the diner below. Was pleasantly surprised. Got a nice fish dinner and a pumpkin beer. Very tasty meal and beer. They also had a little outdoor deck. We went... More

A fantastic little establishment underneath the Red Arrow Diner, with a deck hanging over the Souhegan River. Love the chicken tenders!

Went there at 1pm of the Saturday of the annual Pumpkin Festival. We were able to grab a table easily and there were a couple of other empty ones. But the place was understaffed - bartender was also serving the tables. Ordered drinks when she finally came over and we asked for menus. Took her 5 minutes and she brought... More

After having lunch here today, i would have to say that this is a laid back kinda local hole in the wall. the food comes out fast and the beer is cold . the staff is slow to serve so don't be in a rush . sit by the window and watch the river run by. the view and the... More
