I have eaten here several times, with wonderful food and service. The owners continue to bring a variety of farm to table food for each season. It is always a pleasant surprise to see what different dishes the restaurant can put forward.

Republic Cafe is a hip restaurant / cafe in Manchester, NH. The staff is amazingly friendly. The bartenders make incredible cocktails. They offer local craft beer. The menu looked really good. I will be back to eat the next time I am in the area.
