Thank you ZZNH! We are extremely happy that you had a great experience at The Works. Our team works hard to make an original, yummy menu with really excellent choices. It's great to hear that it landed well with you! Please, come again anytime. We...More

The bagels and cream cheeses are good, but I mean they're just bagels. Slightly above Panera, no Jewish deli. The service is standard level of pleasantness, helpfulness, and friendliness - relative to a mechanic shop which makes most of its money on municipal towing. (They're...More

My son and I stopped in just before closing which we didn't realize they were closing. The two girls were nice & friendly but the smoothies we each got seemed to be a little more soupy then they should of been and tasted ok. Seemed...More

Been here several time for bagel sandwiches. The bagels tasted fresh but somehow lacked deeper flavor or balanced chewiness. Also the coffee was just OK. I usually have decaf but there was nothing exceptional about it --- just like DD's. I prefer the rich dark...More

The place is just a textbook example of poor customer service. The people behind the counter act as if you are interrupting their private time by wanting to order. The staff seems like a clique that wishes you would just go away. The system for...More

You would think an on-campus sandwich shop would be more budget oriented, but it doesn't matter, because The Works makes some killer sandwiches and soups, and the servings are quite large as well, which supports the pricing structure.
