Always a definite must-stop when I am going through town on my way north. Always get a coffee and some sort of eats to go as I travel through. Never had a bad experience there and will ALWAYS stop in for a hot coffee!

If you're in the Bethlehem area, this is pretty much the only place open for breakfast, but it's the place you'd go, even if you had lots of options. It's a pretty broad menu and the coffees and espresso are made with good beans and...More

Great food, really fresh. Excellent vegetarian choices. I had a Panini sandwich, but after I saw the soup I wish I had ordered that to. Really tasty, can't go wrong eating here. Highly recommended.

Great little coffee shop that serves breakfast and lunch all day. Egg sandwiches were excellent. Prices are reasonable. Restaurant is vegan

My husband and I have permanently marked Maia Papaya on our GPS. On our way to Bethel, ME, we stopped in to grab an Americano. At that point, we did not feel "amazed" because we are coffee connoisseurs and there are no shortages of espresso...More

This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but harbors some serious goodies. The veggie burger is mouthwatering, and the flavors are just perfect, in fact I can't stop thinking about it. It's not easy for a vegetarian to find good food on the...More

We discovered this place for lunch and had a wonderful meal. Chose the quiche, but several other items looked good as well. Homemade cookies were yummy!

Such good food. Fun little café with quirky mismatched (but comfy) seating areas, nice art on the walls, and the staff is super friendly and helpful (they even helped me identify an artist playing on their Pandora station). The coffee selections are vast and even...More

What is the latest time we can arrive today and order lunch? Do you still serve that custardy french toast at lunch time?

Sorry, I can't answer those questions, but I love that restaurant! Can't go wrong, even if they don't serve the French toast at lunch time!
