The food could be fresher. I'm not sure how long the lamb shank is on the spit. The bread was a bit dy.

Wrap It Up is a great intro to Mediterranean food - it's set up a lot like a Subway sandwich shop, albeit with the beef/chicken shawarma wraps, plates, etc...
