At one time I would make this a breakfast or lunch stop during an annual visit to Reno. Unfortunately, upon closer examination I noticed the closed sign.

Went here after leaving the Peppermill after a long night. Food was great and the customer service was excellent. Hubby and I had steak and eggs and for a cheap price surprisingly it tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend stopping bye for yummy compfort food!

Parking is easy. Place is always clean. Their 2 for $20 is great. You won't leave hungry. Deserts are homemade. Never had a service issue. Going for xmas dinner.

In general, this is a good family restaurant where you can get a decent meal at a reasonable price. It is not elegant but, at the same time, it is nice enough and provides a good atmosphere for family dining. I chose this place because I was staying at the HI Express near the highway. It was about a twenty-minute... More

While on vacation in Reno we stopped at this Carrows and I ordered the Ribs and Chicken dinner what a no no. The ribs and the chicken was over cooked so long in fact it was almost like eating jerky. My dinner salad was good and my wife said the Cod she ordered was okay. When we return to Reno... More

My wife and I passed through Reno on our way to Lake Tahoe and were looking for a good breakfast place when we approached Carrows. I had been to one several years ago when we were in Monterey, California, so I thought we'd give this a try. My wife had a vegetable omelette with potatoes, and I had the Lumberjack... More

we ate here twice during our 3 night stay. we are vegetarians and were able to first get a tasty garden burger that comes with either salad or fries. it was very satisfying and huge! for the price, it's definitely worth it given the highway robbery price of food in many of the casino restaurants, carrows really does justice with... Food was a bit too spicy ... probably should have asked our very friendly waitress about it before placing our order.

So, it has been years since my wife and I have been to Carrows. Carrows use to have such great food and care. We decided to go to breakfast. About 2/3 of the way through the omelet, my wife found a dark hair baked into the egg. We got our waitress' attention and she said... "Hopefully, it is not mine."... More

The $8.99 prime rib and eggs breakfast was great. The service was fun, friendly and accomodating. Good coffee, too.
