The food was very good, not amazing, but very solid Thai food with some nice extra touches (liked the egg mesh over delicious pad thai). Squid noodles had lots of seafood which was good, but actually not that much noodles so the balance was off. Shrimp soup was delicious, and shareable. Arawan shrimp roll was only ok. Prices were $15-20 for entrees. The atmosphere was casual. They accept reservations and were full but not packed on a Friday night. They don't have a liquor license but it is totally acceptable to go to a liquor store next door and pick up beer and wine. The location is a bit sketchy but manageable. The only odd thing was that they seem to close very early. It took a long time to get our food so while we were still eating a little after 9pm we were asked to order dessert because the kitchen was closing. We left before 10pm and they were ready to lock up.

The last time we were in Las Vegas we ate at Arawan twice. On this trip, we couldn't wait to go again. The service is very warm and welcoming, and the food quite simply superb. Although some reviews of this restaurant state that it is in a shady area, with Uber and Lyft taking you right to the front door there really is no problem. I have no hesitation in recommending Arawan to anybody who loves Thai food and expects friendly service.
The photo attached shows their Crispy Duck Panang Curry. This was delicious, generous in size, and well worth the price.

Great food, authentic cooks and waiters who all speak fluent Thai. Great lunch specisls on Mon to Fri at under $10 and a great value for excellent food. Tasty, prompt service, dinners are just as good. Inside interior very nice and classy Thai design. Exterior mall is a total dump and looks abandoned, don’t let that stop you.... its easily worth the trip.
Don’t judge a book by its cover.
Just go... as good as I have had in Bangkok and jomtien in Thailand. Suwasdee kah.

The service was great. The staff was friendly and hospitable. For an appetizer I had the their version of wings. A fried wing seasoned with lemon grass, they were outstanding. For my meal I chose Chicken Pad Thai. The dish presentation was nothing short of ornate. 3 large prawns, atop an ample portion of Pad Thai, spiced exactly as it should be, encased in some sort of webbed egg I was not familiar with but added both to the taste and presentation.

Went looking for something “off the Strip”... Very happy we found this gem of a restaurant!!! A short Uber ride from our hotel and exactly what we wanted. The flavors were amazing, the food was beautifully presented and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant is in a nondescript strip mall complex but you walk inside and you are in a well appointed beautiful restaurant with great ambiance. Staff is super friendly! Absolutely loved this restaurant!!!!

Great meal at this fine little place. It is clear all ingredients are made fresh to order. Vegetables in my dish were crunchy and clearly, just cut. Lovely place. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a good Thai meal. A bit hard to find and not in the safest part of town but it IS Las Vegas. A real find.

Went there for lunch. Lunch specials come with egg drop soup, entree and creme brulee for dessert. Food was good. It got a little busy and was disappointed when the appetizer (fresh roll) came out with the meal. The fresh roll was blah, but the chicken satay was good . I've had Thai food before at many places and always ask for Thai spicy. Boy, this is the only place that Thai spicy is REALLY spicy!! Be careful when asking for the level of spiciness- if you can't handle it don't ask for Thai spicy! If you want to handle your own level of spiciness, ask for a spicy tray.

We visited during SHOT show 2022, with a group of seven, food lives up to how it used to be when original owners were here. Massaman curry short rib was excellent (as always) but less spicy than expected. Thai tea was amazing as was the blooming tea (as well as a great show)… everything was spectacular, from the appetizers to the dessert. Order anything, everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. ENJOY! Venture OFF the strip!!!

Dined there after a long day trip to Zion NP. Almost didn't go in based on the very scary looking strip mall it is located in. Inside the decor is mixed bag of old and new, No door (curtain) on the women's restroom. The highlight was the food, both the duck curry and the pepper steak were delicious. Service was friendly. Prices a bit high for the location (hope they put money back into a new locale).

A terrible dinner in this resturant. Fried calamari and Pad thai cannot be eaten. Fried rice was likely in a fast food.
I cannot understand the reason why they have so many positive reviews!
He was also disappointed as I did not give the tip…why should I waste additional money also considering that waitress retired dish of my baby even if she was still eating?!?!?

Fresh and yummy. The flavors were delicate and the vegetables cooked perfectly, Lovely big pots of tea. Nice service. Such a great surprise off the beaten path & definitely worth the trip.

Delicious curries all around our group. The menu includes a variety of other (seemingly) authentic dishes like Thai catfish. Good service. No waiting. Off the strip in a sketchy-looking little shopping center.

Booed a meal for 2 via open table for 7pm the same day
Got a Lyft there and the driver commented that it was a ropey area
When we arrived sign on the door saying ‘sorry closed for maintenance’ !!
Had to call another Lyft and driver commented ‘ what are you doing here,it’s not safe at night’
Why didn’t they contact us
Why were they still accepting bookings same day
Don’t go here late at night as it’s not a nice area

OMG, If you like Thai food you don't need to look any further. The staff was extremely customer-focused. The food was amazing. They gave me a piece of chocolate cake that was to die for and I'm not a dessert person. Complaints to the staff, chef, and pastry chef!! I look forward to seeing you again.

Wanted something different tonight and decided to try Arawan Thai Bistro. The food was great. I got the Pad See Ew with chicken. It was very fresh and tasty. My husband got Crispy Pork and Broccoli. We each enjoyed our dishes. A little disappointed in the egg rolls we ordered as an appetizer. That's only because the thai restaurant back home are some of the best. The restaurant was busy for 8:30 pm, but after all this is Vegas. Service was great. Restaurant clean. Overall a fantastic meal!
