We try to visit every hatted restaurant in every city we visit in the world so it was a no brainer to book well in advance and we were greatly looking forward to it. I know the food was excellent and compared favourably with many...of the great ones we’ve tried (I can’t forget the bread trolley) but it’s the only one of this caliber we’ve tried where the price was so astronomical that that it spoiled the occasion. Being in Las Vegas probably doesn’t help. Highly recommended otherwise but I just can’t give it more stars. It’s not their fault. Maybe I should have spent more time at the gambling table in the hope of affording the dining table.More

Horrible service! We went for dinner here today, the service was so slow and so bad - the waiter kept forgetting what we ordered and we had to remind him several times to bring us drinks. Then the couple at the table next to us...was kicked out in the middle of their dinner!! They arrived at the same time as us, but then someone came (friend of the manager apparently) and they kicked them out !!! They even threatened to call police on the poor couple that didn’t want to leave their table in the middle of their expensive meal.... Horrible place...More

Slightly late writing as I visited in late February before Vegas shut down, but hope to get back soon. Joel Robuchon was nice, elegant restaurant. Overall, the food was excellent, but the tasting menu was quite a bit of food. I think it was around...17 or so dishes, some small, some not so small. Excellent service, and great martini! Just be aware it's a lot of food, so arrive hungry. Rather pricey, but okay for a very special occasion or just any night out where you want to splurge.More

Just a beautiful experience, as soon as you walk through through the 12'-0" high double glass doors, you feel the elegance, the wow factor. This place has perfect interior decor. Small dining room. Incredible staff. We were overwhelmed, starting with the bread trolley, through all...the courses of delightful food right up to the sweets trolley. This was our 1st time dining here and we loved it.More

Most of us are going to have to splurge but after you get over the bill shock you will most likely say “ oh my gosh”! It is expensive but worth it every once in awhile.. we shared the 6 course tasting menu and if...you’re not a big quantity person that will be just about right.More

Always amazing food. We’ve eaten at Joel Robuchon in Paris and NYC, and the Las Vegas venue matches up handily. There’s really no way to describe how good the food was other than to say it’s the epitome of gastronomical experience. Nathan, Andrew and Kit...were very professional.More

This beautiful restaurant serves the most delicious, inventive food. The intimate gorgeous dining room sets the tone for the evening. Be prepared to be wowed, by the food, the service and your bill. It is expensive, but, worth every penny for a trip to dining...heaven.More

EVERYTHING about this dinner was wonderful--the service, the variety of food choices, the innovative nature of the foods, the preparations, the colors of the food, the elegance of the dining room itself, etc. We selected the #2 menu which contains 2 appetizers, a main course,...and dessert. The restaurant presents a "bread trolley" with about 15 or more bread selections (each which is delicious) and ends with a dessert trolley that is equally impressive. What struck me most was the constant surveillance of the dining room to ensure that everything was done promptly and properly. This is a wonderful experience, and each bite of every dish was outstanding--so I'll not single out any of them.More

Last year we tried L'Atelier so this year we wanted to try the more upscale (an expensive) Robuchon. While we liked L'Atelier, we also found it a bit underwhelming. Not so with Robuchon. What an amazing experience it was. Both the food and service was...on another level compared to L'Atelier. We ordered the degustation menu. Everyone on the table has to order it, but not to worry, they will accommodate your dietary restrictions and preferences. If you have dietary restrictions or not the type to eat everything that French restaurants are known to serve, I recommend paying close attention to the menu. They will accommodate you no problem. Just make sure you mention to your server. My girlfriend doesn't eat red meat but eats chicken and seafood. She didn't mention that she didn't eat frog legs so she got the frog leg. We also ordered the wine pairings. We ordered the cheapest one and the next one up. There's a definite difference. Whether it is worth it is subjective. There is definitely enough food to leave you filling full. There is also enough wine to make you feel you had enough wine. If we were to do it again, we might just share the wine pairing as we struggled to finish at the end.More
