We didn’t go to Joël Robuchon, but opted for ‘L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon’ instead. Must say we don’t regret it. Sitting at the bar and watch the staff preparing the meals were cool. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the food were simply perfect....More

Firstly, the service was splendid but impersonal as the waiter was reciting the menu rather than explaining. I didn't feel I was treated as an individual. The total bill for two was $362.64 for two which is not bad at all. I handled out $400...More

I have never been treated more poorly and with less respect than at this restaurant. The staff was just unbelievably snotty and rude. We were a group of 7, for my birthday. It would have been more fun to have a birthday dinner in a...More

Fine dining is our hobby and passion. This restaurant is truly one of the very best in the world. Two downsides, the walk in and the walk out through the hotels casino.....a smelly dirty zoo. Joel Robuchon should very seriously consider moving or putting in...More

Glamorous room with very good service. The bread cart is amazing and the butter fabulous. It is a huge piece of butter from Brittany that they peel and hand salt. It is a meal in itself. Dinner consisted of appetizer, entree, and a selection of...More

Every bite was fabulous. The amuse bouche was so good, we would have loved to have more. I started with a soft boiled egg served over a carrot puree and bits of fois gras. You would not believe how great it was! Then I had...More

The chef's menu is by far one of the best dining experiences I have had. Do it with a premium wine pairing, and you will be in heaven. The staff explain every detail of the food in rich depth - and ensure that everything is...More

I have wanted to try Robuchon for years and we finally did. Extremely expensive, with perfection in presentation that justifies the costs. Many dishes are creative beyond our expectations. Sea Urchin with Caviar was one of the best dishes any of us at the table...More

It doesn't really matter what you get here, it will be amazing! I suggest the full Joel Robuschon experience if you can afford it. We have been to the L'Atelier in Vegas and Paris but Joel Robuschon's next door is a better... More

If you want to.....a cocktail dress is great and a jacket for a man. In Las Vegas people are not too fancy so you can wear something kind of casual. I like to dress accordingly to the place.. You can never be "too elegant... More

You time frame is far too short here. You need at least 3 hours. They do have ala carte but it's not worth going for just 1 dish. It's a 'sit back and relax' sort of dining. The food is excellent!

Winner of Michelin's Three Star, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award, Joel Robuchon has redefined Las Vegas fine dining. Joel Robuchon was named France's Chef of the Century by the esteemed Gault Millau restaurant guide. Coming out of retirement to open his first restaurant in the United States, Joel Robuchon caters to a sophisticated palate that features a menu of his finer specialties. Limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. Reservations strongly recommended. Choose from the multi-course tasting menus or order a la carte. Specialties include Le Caviar, a trio dish of thin couscous and Oscetra caviar, smooth cauliflower cream, and delicate gelee of green asparagus.
