Happened to go when they had just recently re-opened after a re-model. It was busy. Took awhile to get to the table, for which server apologized for (new opening, new cooks, new kinks to work out, etc). Ordered tri tip dip with cup of soup. It came with fries instead. Server went and got my soup immediately. Sandwich and soup... More

One of many locations that provides great food, great service and great prices. A large and comfortable dinner with a bear motif that suits individuals, couples or family. Crayons included with the ample portions. Great for locals but worth the drive away from the strip for tourists.

We went on Easter Sunday. I ordered the Meat Lovers Omelet. They need to add more cheese. It came with a biscuit (huge) and hashbrowns. My wife had the Easter special. It was a turkey platter with mashed potato's and vegies. Very friendly staff. I will return. I added about a dozen photos of the remodel and our visit.

Me and my girls came here on our way out of Vegas yesterday for breakfast. Had no idea there was one out there. Wait was about 15-20 minutes. Our waitress and everyone was very attentive and pleasant. Everyone enjoyed their food! And Don (the manager) was awesome! We will definitely be back!

This place will always be a our favorite Black Bear Diner. We visited here several years ago and make it a point to stop for breakfast on every visit to Las Vegas. The service and food was incredible. Hot coffee and sweet cream pancakes, perfect combo. The recent renovation has opened up more space and the decor has been updated.

I cannot believe how big the portions are! They are huge! And the pancakes are Uh-mazing! I have eaten many a pancake in my time and these are hands down the BEST ever. They are sweet and don't even need syrup, of course I still put some on. Everything was delicious. You simply cannot go wrong by eating here. You... More

The place just reopened after 6 weeks of renovation. We had breakfast there the first day it reopened. It was packed but we only had to wait 10 minutes. The food was fantastic. They give you a lot and it is filling

Chicken and tators came countried - tators on bottom, huge chicken, then gravy, could have gone without gravy. Tri-tip combo a bit dry and tough, but good portions. Waiter kinda lame but he was new...Pies rock! So yummy! Skip brewed ice tea - as tastes like machine has not been cleaned in awhile. Overall like a diner but clean and... More

Stopped at Black Bear after we got off the plane to Las Vegas. Good stop for lunch, busy but not crowded. Food was good diner fare and service was friendly. In a city full of interesting and exotic dining options, the Black Bear Diner was a safe first bet.
