Second trip won't be my last. Every time I walk out of there, I'm in in awe, just dumbstruck. It's that good.

We had the greatest dining experience at Le Cirque! Don’t miss this special place! Not only is the food delicious and presentation stunning, but the entire staff have a chemistry that elevates the entire experience. From the minute we walked in we were made to...feel welcomed and special. The Sommelier did a fantastic job taking her time with us, answering our questions and explaining the wine she was presenting to us. We had cocktails at the bar prior to dinner that were absolutely delicious! Thank you to Gabriel, Martin, Tom, and the entire staff for a very special evening that will not be forgotten! We look forward to returning the next time we are in Vegas.More

Fantastic food and waitstaff. Bring your big boy wallet, but it’s worth it. Our waiter Jimmy, sommelier Frederic, and the rest of the staff were superbly professional. I highly recommend the rabbit and white truffle risotto.

This restaurant it’s truly exceptional. I really could not fault it in anyway. From the second you walk in the door it feels special. We were greeted at the door and sat in the bar, Frederick the sommelier was brilliant and very knowledgeable and full...of funny stories. The restaurant area is quite small and intimate. The service was brilliant, professional and not to over attentive. The food is first class and delicious, presented perfectly. If you are in Vegas and looking for a restaurant for a special occasion or just a really great dining experience then I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Le Cirque we will see you next time we are in Vegas.More

We expected more, and we had better in the past. Perhaps it was more a 3 star review based on the lack of kind and pro active service. But it was the first time to experience a mediocre evening at Le Cirque so we will...be kind and give it another try when back in VegasMore

Reopened in October 2021, a pandemic induced hiatus and rearranged dining room in the rearview, Le Cirque at Bellagio remains the resort’s most sought-after reservation, even more so on Friday when Chef Danny Lledó of Washington DC’s Xiquet and Slate Wine Bar joined Chef Dameon...Evers for a special two-night Tasting Menu. Faultless under the direction of General Manager Gabriel Fontenier, the night divided into two seatings, guests entering the jewel box space were greeted by name and quickly handed a Cocktail before being whisked away to a room of plush fabrics and light music beneath the big top. Serving seven courses on this night flanked by an Amuse and Mignardises it was not long before dinner was started, aged Tuna shocking the palate before Chef Evers’ showstopping Corn Bavarois topped in Kaluga Caviar and curly Popcorn Tuile. Carefully paired with Wine by Sommelier Freddy Montandon alongside Wine Director Sanae Halprin, the former presenting tropical Granbazán Etiqueta Verde Albariño before Sea Cucumbers and Sobrasada with hints of Honey, a Red from Spain next found itself matched to chlorophyll-kissed Rice topped in a tongue of Hokkaido Uni. Reaching for Bordeaux to match Turbot and Salsify from Chef Lledó, then Chateauneuf Du Pape for Dameon’s Guinea Hen with Black Truffles and Foie Gras Mignonette, it was after cleansing the palate with Pear Brandy that A5 Wagyu received classic treatment by way of Chanterelle Mushrooms and perfect Bordelaise. Returning to Sparkling Wine with Dessert, Cerdon Rose making a return appearance before Compressed Melon followed by a textural Chocolate Tart, Mignardises arrived alongside Coffee, a signed menu and one of Le Cirque’s classic chargers as a gift for the lady.More

Wonderful restaurant, food and service - an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. We had the 5 course taster menu with wine pairings and both were excellent

Incredible evening of food, wine, and the BEST personalities and stories from all the staff. It was like dinner and a show. Small and Intimate dining room, very classy and upscale, but never pretentious. From the Sommelier Frederick to the lovely French gentleman who took...time to introduce us to the world of Cognacs. Every single person we came in contact with made the evening memorable. We have been to French Laundry, Per Se, Gabriel Kreuther, Daniel, Guy Savoy, etc. This blew them all away. Every course that was brought out was perfection, including the most amazing truffle risotto I’ve ever had. I never write reviews, but this deserved my time and praise. Thank you for an amazing dinner! We will definitely be back!More

I have been to the restaurant on several occasions over the years. Located inside the Bellagio, Their food and service is on a different level. Their server Martin has always taken care of us to the fullest. He always goes above and beyond to make...sure every meal is memorable. Their dishes are rather art creations with every bite tasting delicious. Flavors that you will never find at any other restaurant. Their wine sommelier Frederic, will always pair the best wines with every dish. Maurice, another server, is always warm and welcoming as well. It’s rare to find such a consistently great dining experience experience. So every time I am in Vegas, I make sure to dine at Le Cirque. For anybody that wants a meal of a lifetime, I recommend you try this restaurant. A big thank you to the entire staff there!More

Le Cirque, a restaurant with all the well deserved awards you can think of left us with memories for years to come. We can't say enough about this place, it's definitely our new favorite that we will return to over and over again! The attention...to detail was off the scales. The circus themed dining room is beautiful. Then the best part, the wine and food, taste equaled the artsy appearance. The location, a beautiful spot in the Bellagio, a table by the window so we could watch the fountains, the sommelier, Frederick is a fun character with excellent wine suggestions, stories and really took his time with us. He suggested a Rhone that would be $1,500 in Bordeaux and it was delicious. The waiters Tom and Martin were really personable, had fun stories then explained the details of the food and ingredients, and they were able to change the seafood option out for a vegetarian for me no questions. I have dined in lively restaurants before and have never seen the people refilling the waters shield the splash with their napkin, nice touch and of course they fold your napkin before you return from the restroom. I really appreciated the attention to ladies as they pulled the chair in and out for us. Frederick our sommelier gave us a pin from the winery as a momento and his personal cell as we mentioned taking a trip to the Rhone Valley area and visiting the wineries! The most touching part was when we had the waitress take our photo, the manager snuck in and took one also, then presented us with a black and white photo of us with a cardwe recommend this amazing restaurant that provides an unforgettable experience to anyone who appreciates nice food and wine!More

Le Cirque has been the jewel of the Bellagio since 1998. We have spent all of my mom's birthdays at the Las Vegas location. The whimsical design is timeless. The most impressive portion of the restaurant is the service and care the staff provides. The...original waitstaff has been serving "The Classics" since it's inception. They know you by name and guide you through an unforgettable experience. Our favorite captain is Martin Fischer. He always has a smile on his face and will go to any length to make the most memorable time. This restaurant is a must while in Las Vegas and ask for Martin. You will never be disappointed.More
