This is an amazing restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the tower of wine is of course so impressive! The food though, our dinner was is so beautifully prepared -we both ordered the spaghetti squash with roasted beets and vegan truffle cheese, paired...More

There was a time when this was one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. No more. Where to begin? On a week-end night the restaurant was half full, that should have been the first warning. Second, while there used to be several people repelling...More

Where to begin, we had a reservation for 730pm because we had a show to go to at 930, plenty of time right? Let’s get back to that. If you know about this place, it has the wine angels that glide up the tower of...More

Have tried many LV restaurants on our numerous trips. This one is pretty good. Restaurant itself is a cool space. Service was great. Food was mostly good. Calif roll app was super tasty. Calamari was also very good. Salmon was ok. (Small portion). Halibut was...More

We celebrated our Anniversary. Service is excellent. Salad was crisp with nice dressing. Scallops were not browned and swimming in soupy broth. I fished them out to find them not browned as I was told they would be when I inquired. Rib Eye steak was...More

16 years ago we had our small wedding reception here, so when I was planning my husband’s 50th birthday in Vegas I figured this should be the place to have his Birthday dinner. It was still as good as I remembered. The food was outstanding...More

Horrible restaurant and food. Don’t be fooled by the memory of old times in NY. This is not worth it, better get a pizza anywhere than throw your money and time there

First thing that you see when you approach the restaurant is an impressive winetower. It does invite you to test different wines, if you can just choose from the thick wine list. I was travelling alone and had already decided beforehand to take the tasting...More

When I was there in September, the tasting menu was $115 per person, and the wine pairing was $65 per person. However, the menu and the price changes seasonally. It may be a little more expensive, or it may be a little less.

Although it's the largest city founded in the 20th Century, Las Vegas retains the energy of a frontier town where the unexpected is still a daily occurrence. The dining scene is equally as adventurous and Charlie Palmer is one of its trail blazers. Sensing that Vegas was about to undergo a renaissance, Palmer made an early investment, opening Aureole in the Mandalay Bay Resort in 1999. The show stopping menu under the direction of Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel combines the classic cuisine of Aureole with the theatricality of Las Vegas in dishes like Olive Oil Poached Oregon Petrale Sole with Truffled Brussels Sprouts and Ahi Tuna and Veal Shank "surf and turf", while a four-story, temperature controlled glass and steel wine tower-the largest in the world-houses 10,000 of Palmer's award-winning 50,000 bottle list, made accessible by an elaborate pulley system presided over by "flying wine angels" clad in black spandex Calvin Klein. After all, this is Vegas.
