Reservations are recommended and we made them a month in advance. They called the day before to confirm. We were seated promptly upon arrival. We did not know who our server was, turned out the guy who we thought was the assistant was our waiter....More

Came across this place when walking around Mandalay Bay (group of 5 of us). They had a sign outside for a happy hour 1/2 price (from 5-7pm). We were told at 5:15 we could come in & that the happy hour would start in the...More

You can appreciate the show of the "wine angels" from the hallway outside of the restaurant. Don't waste your money eating there. Appetizers were bland. Many dishes are clearly pre-made. Odd as this sounds, the beet salad and hamachi are almost the same dish. Maybe...More

My brother and I had reservations here while being in Vegas for March madness. We were really looking forward to eating here especially since we have eaten at Several Charlie Palmer restaurants and have a high opinion of his style of cooking. Unfortunately, I was...More

Dinner was adequate. The selections were good but I could get this at many others restaurants in many others cities. Yes, the wine tower is memorable but The Cirque shows are better. The dessert choice with the candied apples made no sense in look or...More

Whoah!! We were floored. They have a wine angel who flies 4 floors to get your wine while you watch. 1 Vegan, 1 vegetarian and 2 nice people who eat everything. Everyone was impressed and we are gourmets. (Can be picky). This place was superb....More

Came here in Jan. 2017 (it won't let me select Jan. 2017 below) for dinner with friends and their contacts from the SHOT Show. The initial draw was the wine angels and the expansive collection of wines. The menu kept us. The food was amazing...More

Three different entrees were superbly prepared and tasty. Well plated. Desrt and salad similarly exceptional. Seating cofortable, noise level low. Expensive but worth the price.

When I was there in September, the tasting menu was $115 per person, and the wine pairing was $65 per person. However, the menu and the price changes seasonally. It may be a little more expensive, or it may be a little less.

Although it's the largest city founded in the 20th Century, Las Vegas retains the energy of a frontier town where the unexpected is still a daily occurrence. The dining scene is equally as adventurous and Charlie Palmer is one of its trail blazers. Sensing that Vegas was about to undergo a renaissance, Palmer made an early investment, opening Aureole in the Mandalay Bay Resort in 1999. The show stopping menu under the direction of Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel combines the classic cuisine of Aureole with the theatricality of Las Vegas in dishes like Olive Oil Poached Oregon Petrale Sole with Truffled Brussels Sprouts and Ahi Tuna and Veal Shank "surf and turf", while a four-story, temperature controlled glass and steel wine tower-the largest in the world-houses 10,000 of Palmer's award-winning 50,000 bottle list, made accessible by an elaborate pulley system presided over by "flying wine angels" clad in black spandex Calvin Klein. After all, this is Vegas.
