Went there for an evening out with my wife. Food was delicious, even for a guy like me who doesn't eat uncooked seafood 😀 Many choices to pick from. Service was great. Definitely would go again. As a side note, The HardRock just has a younger, more vibrant atmosphere that I really liked.

Nobu is a hidden gem inside the Hard Rock Hotel.. The service, the food, presentations as well as the knowledge of the staff made my first experience very enjoyable.

The food was good, but I've had much better, less expensive food. I've been to many high end restaurants, also in Las Vegas, and find this one overpriced and overhyped. Not my place, there are too many better options around.

One of our friends who visits Vegas very frequently recommended to us Nobu. He said it was his favorite sushi place anywhere. He failed to mention that this place is like no other and considering it a sushi place is almost offensive to what it really is. When sitting down, I was surprised they didn't immediately give us menus, instead,... More

Went to Nobu 03/07/2017. Food is outstanding - service appalling, annoying and plain rude. Server came to table without menu - peddling the most expensive items and only handing menu out after second request. He was training server telling him he would be learning from the master - hello - arrogant beyond belief. For dessert he tried to explain what... More

exzellent service and magnificent. food! You will be asked if you want to chose á la carte or if they should make something up for you: have them do it for you! We told them what we would like to have and the chef made up an individual dinner for each of us we will all never forget! quite expensive,... More

I took a group of business people to eat at this very expensive overrated restaurant. The food, as always was very good albeit, very expensive. The thing that really ruin the experience was that service which was rushed and ambivalent. The waitress asked us how much money we want to spend per person, Which was totally inappropriate and embarrassing. Nobu... More

Upscale restaurant, good Japanese food, good enough choices for vegetarian food. Wait staff is also very courteous. They have a cooking cart where one can sit around and eat freshly cooked food in front of you but it was not available for vegetarian. Also that cart had fried rice option but there was not vegetable rice option which can certainly... More

We love Nobu for the food and the ambience, and Nobu Vegas delivers. The food was AMAZING! We got some favorites, such as toro with caviar, and also tried some new items, like the kobe tacos. Every bite amazing. We also had the house sake, served ice cold. It was delicious. Service was efficient and very pleasant. Helpful, friendly staff... More

I recently went here with friends for a dining experience which I admit was quite nice. My friends were high rollers and used to getting a comp for their outrageous gambling SO I was prepared for a large bill which is UNAVOIDABLE here. However, in defense of the restaurant, the service is top notch and the sushi as well as... More
