The decor is attractive and inviting. Nobu has a "fine dining" feel but casual dress is acceptable. My wife had a sashimi salad and she said she enjoyed it. I started with a yellowtail sushi roll (6 pieces), and I thought it was very good. I then had their version of a "fish & chips" entree (with potato chips), which... More

I took a party of 9 people out to Nobu in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas for dinner, $1900 later, I was most disappointed. Firstly the decor is dated and shabby for a restaurant of this caliber. The service was good, but definitely not worth the $300 TIP that was automatically added to my bill. We ordered the omakase dinner for... More

A friend invited me to join him here before a show. This was something new to our group of four. We opted for the "all-in", in which we told our waitress what we each liked and what we prefer not to eat. From there the chefs designed the meal for us. Everything that came to the table was excellent. I'm... More

If you have a chance to eat here you definitely should. The food was unbelievable and the service was great. Let the waiter and chef choose your courses, you will not be sorry.

We ordered the Chef's tasting menu and were total amazed at the craftsmanship and care. Treat your self to a wonderful meal and experience. The staff was amazing and helpful - truly a world class experience.

My wife and I dined here. We had the chef signature dinners. These were dinners created for the evening, that could even vary from table to table. We enjoy sushi and sashimi, but this was the best we ever had. The chef selection dinners were samplers of the multiple dinner items available. The staff came out and described each item.... More

We had a fantastic meal at Nobu, which specializes in small plate pan-Asian dishes. Nearly everything on the menu is great, but in several instances our waiter suggested alternative dishes that were invariably the most expensive items in the list we were choosing from. Those items made the bill add up very quickly and were really unnecessary since everything on... More

I love Nobu, and have frequented his Tokyo restaurant, and also the Malibu location. Also stay at his licensed hotel at Ceasars as well. I have eaten at this restaurant at both a table, with a group, and now at the sushi counter. Perhaps my expectations are too high given Tokyo and Malibu, but something is off at Nobu Ceasars.... Got the Omakase on Wednesday night. This place is so good. I eat a lot of sushi and sashimi, but the dishes here are so much better than the normal sushi restaurant it is in a league of its own. Such great food followed by a molten chocolate cake with green tea ice cream. I can't wait to return. Be... More
