We come to Vegas once a year and always make it a priority to come to Blossom. The food is very authentic ! The service is outstanding and everyone is so pleasant. My husband wanted a dish that wasn’t on the menu and they didn’t hesitate to offer to make it. We would give this place 10 stars if we could !

Located at the Aria this is as fancy as Chinese food can get. We made reservations for my cousin's bday and we were seated right in the middle when we arrived. The dining room features tall ceilings and a dark setting with some ample lighting. We ordered the peking duck, prawn fried rice, shrimp with walnut, and the shiitake mushrooms. The peking duck was perfect. Presentation definitely 5 stars and we had plenty of meat to scour through after the waiter plated the buns. The shrimp with walnut was a smaller portion than expected. We loved the fried rice and the mushroom dish. Plenty of flavor in the sweet vinaigrette mushroom dish. Overall, we got our $s worth here. It just took the dishes over 30 minutes to arrive even after the waiter kept telling us the food was coming out shortly. If you want authentic Chinese with great ambience this is your spot. They have seating for small to large parties and a nice selection of dishes.

We had an exceptional dinner at Blossom later at night and found both the food and service to be outstanding. The Chinese sausage fried fried rice is amazing, the appetizers were beautifully presented, and our main dishes (including a great vegan option) were all seasoned well. Service is very formal but on point. Great place to sit down for a refined and memorable meal.

I recently had a big work dinner at Blossom inside the Aria hotel and casino. Blossom is supposed to be an authentic Chinese restaurant that seems to focus on Shanghaiese and Sichuan cuisines. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful and was perfect for a business meeting dinner. We were given a private room with a large table and lazy-susan. All of the staff spoke fluent Mandarin which was great because most of our party was from China.
Overall I think we had a nice meal, but I don't know if I would say it was worth the super expensive prices. The meal was more like high end american chinese food versus authentic from china chinese food. What I really didn't like was the crazy expensive wine list. The cheapest bottles of red wine started at like $90. I guess it's Vegas.
I do have to say the staff was fantastic and super attentive. So I think if you're looking for a good chinese meal and willing to drop some coin, this could be a good choice. But I think for true chinese food at better prices, stick to one of the places in Vegas Chinatown off of Spring Valley Road.

I ate here as part of an ‘eating around the Aria’ experiment I set myself on my most recent trip. During my visit I ate at Blossom as well as several other Aria restaurants. I am familiar with Las Vegas restaurants, Las Vegas in general and Chinese food. Peking Duck is one of my favourite dishes, but this meal counts as possibly the worst meal I have ever eaten in my life.
I ordered Peking Duck and Beef & Broccoli, ordinary steamed rice and two cocktails to be shared between two of us. The Peking Duck arrived with four pancakes and four buns. It was carved at the table, as usual but after carving a reasonable amount the waiter asked if I wanted the remainder of the duck removed from the bone and served through the rice as an accompaniment for the beef (for an extra charge). Puzzled, I refused. I prefer my rice plain.
The Duck was taken away to the kitchen, I assumed to be deboned, but returned I to the table roughly chopped, bone in and inedible. When I queried this I was told that had I asked for it to be stirred through the rice it would have been deboned but as I had not ‘this was how it is done at Blossom’. This is patently ridiculous. I have eaten many Peking Ducks. None have been roughly chopped, bone-in, for patrons to eat with their fingers.
The beef and broccoli arrived at the table as a pile of beef in a brown gravy atop a pile of partially steamed broccoli. It was flavorless and remained mostly uneaten. Even the rice was not a success - parts were undercooked.
The cocktails were the only successful parts of this meal. Save your money and go to a real Chinese - this is an expensive pretender:

The ambiance is beautiful and very chill. Love the background music and the customer service is friendly. However the food is no better than your local Chinese takeout restaurant and probably worse. The Garlic Prawn Fried Rice was just ok. I had the Chicken Chow Mein and it was horrible! It had no flavor (no salt, spice, sweetness, nothing). It was also dry as in not enough sauce to cover the noodles. Texture of the chicken, noodles, and vegetables was bad. I didn’t even eat it and when the waiter came around and asked us if everything was fine my boyfriend said we didn’t like the chowmein and the waiter just looked at the fully loaded plate and said “oh”. The professional thing for the waiter to do would was to suggest another dish for us to try and ask us if we would like something else considering we hadn’t eaten the food. Also the drinks were bad. I had a the peach alcoholic beverage (can’t remember the exact name but its the only peach beverage on the drink menu). I honestly think they forgot to add add an ingredient! It literally tasked like they gave me a shot of peach vodka and no other ingredients! One sip and my lungs were on fire! So at this point we have 2 unsatisfactory items on our order. I personally should asked for another dish at the very least because it was truly a waste of money but my boyfriend just wanted to leave it be. Wouldn’t come here again as there are other upscale Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas.

The main reason why I go out to a restaurant is to experience something that I cannot have at home. I have been to the Aria Resort and Casino for 3 years running and each time I visit the Blossom. The food is exceptional. Many choices that will please everyone's palate. The service is outstanding with a very friendly staff. Whenever I look to dine out, I look for food value, many diverse dishes, ambience, and friendly staff ... the Blossom I may say has all these qualities and more. I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant and am sure that you will agree with my review.

Hands down the worst restaurant in Vegas. We were so disappointed and, frankly, a little mad. We were looking forward to eating here but between the long wait to get a drink and menus, the uninspired wine list and the average food, I can’t in good faith recommend this place to eat. The wine list consists of bottom shelf wines that can be found at any supermarket and the General Tso’s chicken was tough and served without rice…rice was extra. A very bizarre experience for the price point.

nice reminder check in text messages from Blossom and checkin process started all off well. though it wasn't busy, it took our server a bit to visit and take our initial beverage orders. the ordered nine dishes to share from beef, fish, seafood, fried rice and the best part whole Peking Duck. portions are very small, the prices or course being Vegas were huge. i'd say the food was 4 1/2 stars along with drinks and service a 3 (bit slow). overall a one time visit for me is fine.

This is by far one of the nicest Asian restaurants you'll run across in Vegas, and the food does not disappoint. The atmosphere is elegant and tasteful. The staff are extremely courteous, respectful, and competent.
The only thing you really need to know about the food is this: the Peking Duck! It was recommended to us from a family member, and it did not disappoint. This is as close to a perfect dish as I can imagine, and Blossom has it down to an art. Incrediblt meal

Lovely restaurant with good atmosphere, excellent service and decent prices. We had the wonton soup with shrimp scallops and pork. Flavorful! The Kung pan chicken had just the right amount of heat. The yang chow fried rice was delicious and the shrimp in lobster sauce was the best!

I go to Vegas typically once per year, and I have made it a point to go to Blossom every time I return after my first amazing meal there some 7 years ago. My partner is rather picky when it comes to food, and absolutely loves this place. I could see this being a great place to host a large group meal as the portions are large and for sharing. Just be sure to bring your credit card, because it's not cheap.

Nothing special to mention about the food , it was just like many other Chinese restaurants, waiter was pushy !
We ordered 2 glasses of wine and waiter comes with a bottle of wine with 2 glasses , we tell him we only want 2 glasses of wine and not a whole bottle , waiter acted like he did not understand what we were saying and was not very friendly . We will not be returning here.

My daughter and I tried Bloosom late one night after a game. The staff was very attentive and courteous even as it was late - 10pm. The food was excellent and they accommodated food allergies well. Thank you for a great experience!

The ambiance, food and service was incredible. Sitting here right now in the restaurant and have to share how wonderful our experience was here. We had salt and pepper squid and bbq ribs to start- best we have ever had. Followed by sweet & sour chicken (wasn’t on the menu but made for us anyway) Mongolian beef and chicken chow mein, all of it was seriously delicious. It’s a very sexy, cool elegant vibe. Nice and quiet and spacious. Loved loved loved it.
