Our server was Jason and he was very friendly. We ordered crispy rice rolls from the special menu. They were $35. It included 6 pieces of sushi, it was ok but there was nothing great about it. I thought it was very overpriced. The drinks were 15-16$ each. I'm totally fine paying this much if it's worth it. But it... More

We dined here last week, we were celebrating a birthday, although we didn't tell the staff. The restaurant is dark and sexy, great for celebrations and dates. I love great quality sushi and this place was amazing. Fantastic dishes- The teriyaki chicken with potato & Tiger roll with spicy tuna, shrimp, avocado and eel sauce I define truly amazing service... The secret to their sushi is the low sodium soy sauce. It's custom made for the Blue Ribbon. It's aged for 2 years in an oak barrel and it's slightly thicker than other soy sauces. The chicken so crispy and well spiced. It comes with a delicious floral honey and wasabi dipping sauce. This signature dish is definitely something to... More

To start off, I would like to say that I do eat sushi on a regular basis so I feel I can provide a relatively good opinion. This was a celebratory dinner. We ordered miso soup. It was so so. We ordered one of the chef's speciality Maki and it was not good. It had an odd tough chewy texture... More

We had a reservation and were seated on time. Our table was fine, but way too close to the people next to us. We actually had to laugh about it. Specialty cocktails were amazing. Very delicious and excellent ways to start a sushi meal. Our server started out attentive enough, but then disappeared after taking our order and we hardly... More

For our last dinner in Vegas, we really wanted some sushi. We almost didn't go to Blue ribbon because we checked out the menu and balked at the price. I'm so glad we decided to go. There are plenty of moderate options that make for a decently priced Vegas dinner. My friend and I shared the Big Eye (I think)... More

We visited Blue Ribbon sushi during a recent business trip to Vegas. The restaurant takes reservations and we chose to sit at the sushi bar on a Thurs evening for dinner. The atmosphere is elegant for a sushi-centric venue. Service was prompt and thorough, the Japanese beer selection was a bit limited as was the sushi offering. But you will... More
