Tucked away from the casino noise, Aria's Lemongrass is tastefully appointed, with cozy booths and succulent plants on each table, for a peaceful escape from casino din. The Tod Nam Pla, small Fish Cakes ($12) were dense and perfectly spicy. The Duck Panang Curry and Singapore Noodles ($22 each) were steeply priced for lunch, but the ample portions were enough to satisfy four! The consistency of the Panang was as close to authentic Thai as we have found in the US. The richness of the coconut base was sinful, but the duck was chewy. We loved the addition of the lychee fruit! The Singapore Noodles was a heaping plate of vermicelli bathed in sesame oil and blended with immensely flavoured barbeque pork, perfectly fresh jumbo shrimp, egg, and scallions. Very delicious. The very-reasonably priced Asian beers (22oz. Singha, $14 and Sapporro draft $10) paired perfectly with the dishes to round out our late lunch. Surprisingly sparsely seated for a Thursday, perhaps that could explain the absence of the Dim Sum cart that we ordered from the last time. The service was, as always, very attentive. And the waitstaffs' beautiful uniforms were as impeccable as the environment. Lemongrass is probably the best Thai restaurant on the strip.

The service by Tina was great. We were a large group and they seated us quick and got us all the dishes. The spring rolls were delicious but the fried tofu was okay. Papaya salad was good but it had a big piece of lettuce on it. The mushroom soup was so therapeutic if you have a stuffy nose. The red curry was thick and had a good serving size. The cucumber salad starter was my favorite. The veggie fried rice had some kind of fried taro on the top.

A very chic Asian restaurant at the Aria in Las Vegas. Excellent dumplings( vegetarian not available). One of the staff moves around with the dumpling cart and we can choose our favorite one and be served. Their green and yellow curries are phenomenal...the Tom Kha soup is exceptional. A must visit when you visit Vegas. But, quite disappointed with their service...Takes a while first of all for them to take your order and not very friendly staff.

My wife and I have traveled the country enjoying some of the best Thai cuisine from the East Coast to the West Coast. On this particular occasion we decided to try Aria's famous Lemongrass restaurant. We both ordered the green curry with chicken. The chicken was very tender. However, it turned out to be the absolute worst watered-down tasteless green curry we have ever eaten. We have eaten at small Thai family-owned operations that put Lemongrass to shame. The service was good, but that didn't make up for the absence of flavor and low quality of the curry. Also, we don't mind paying for expensive dinners when the food is good. In this case, $18 for the curry plus they charge you an extra $4 for the rice. Seriously? Don't waste your time or money at Lemongrass. The Aria has other restaurants that are far better for the time and money spent.

We had the worst experience at Lemongrass Aria. It was my birthday celebration. Everything was awful from beginning to the end. Hostess was not friendly and did not even greet us. Our server was not attentive and did a horrible job at waiting on us. Our drinks were empty for like 30 min and no one even asked if we needed another round. We had to wave and call her a few times to get drinks. Food was not good at all. I had crab meat fried rice and there was only a few pieces of crab at the top and rice was not fried at all. The dish had no taste what so ever. I only had two bites and told our waitress that I did not like the dish she did not even apologize or offered anything instead or took it off the bill. They just took it back to the kitchen. None of the managers came to check on us to see how we are doing. Overall, it was the worst experience ever. We were so excited to have a birthday dinner at Lemongrass, but instead we got the worst service and food. It was not worth all the money spent there. We are never coming back.

We had great service, with proper covid protection in place. Our server even noticed the "21st Birthday" face mask in my nieces purse and brought her out ice cream with a candle unasked. Food was good. And drinks were amazing!

Like a lot of restaurants in Las Vegas, you really need to plan ahead and get reservations. While we tried to get into other Aria restaurants about 2 months ahead of our trip, unless I wanted a reservation for 9:30-10PM, I could t get a reservation. Long-story short, I was able to get a 7PM reservation (2 months in advance), but they were starting to fill up. The food was very good, and we really enjoyed the cocktails (but $18 each … ouch!!). Very pretty restaurant, though, everything in Aria appears to be top notch. Though our server was very nice, we did go long periods of time with not seeing him … so, not very attentive.

Came to Lemongrass by recommendation - told I could wait 45 minutes for a table or use To Go for quicker service. Chose To Go hoping to go back to Park MGM and eat in my room. Initially told it would be 15 minutes for the order to be ready. Stood for over 40 minutes - asking the status of my order several times - before receiving it without any apology or offer of water during my wait. Watched several people come to the desk and be seated at the bar or other small tables. The manager was overwhelmed by the number of hungry people both inside the restaurant and those of us waiting outside for our "Not so quick" To Go orders. No one offered water, a place to sit, or any discounts for our misery. The manager was ONLY worried about her overwhelmed kitchen staff. Sadly, this lack of service or focus on us returning to Las Vegas by local restaurants / MGM eateries was not limited to Aria / Lemongrass.

We were excited for an upscale Thai restaurant to change it up a bit, we had steak and seafood all week. We had a party of 9 with reservations but had to wait about :15 to be seated, table wasn't ready which wasn't terrible, but then we waited another :20 for our server to come over so no drinks or even water to drink while we waited to order. The appetizers were good, better than the main dishes. With 9 people we had a good sample of different dishes, all were mediocre at best. No one loved their food except the person that got the ribeye surprisingly. The sweet and sour was drowning in sauce, way too much. The Pad Thai was very bland, I've had much better at my local restaurant for $9. The shrimp were large in the pad Thai which was nice. We didn’t even order dessert like we normally do, we were ready to go.

This restaurant is within Aria hotel. The ambiance is absolutely great. Reservations are recommended as its crowded usually. We had booked ahead and indicated that it was an anniversary dinner. The waitress didn’t bother too much to either greet us or thank us at the end of the meal. It wasn’t just us as even some of our adjacent tables were going through her rather presumptious service. We ordered the vegetable fried rice and shrimp pad thai. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed it with the right amount of spice. The experience was spolt though by the poor service.

I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed with a Thai food restaurant until now. My husband ordered the Chilean sea bass, which we normally really enjoy, but unfortunately, the fish lacked flavor and the accompanying seasoning/sauces left much to be desired. We sent it back and got the pork satay instead. That too was a fail! Gristly pork that was also lackluster. Luckily I had the eggplant pot which was good. The service was good and they didn’t charge us for the sea bass, but overall I can’t recommend Lemongrass to anyone.

The food was AMAZING. We specifically wanted vegetarian food, and they catered to all our needs. There is some good vegetarian options. The spring rolls, spiced cucumbers, noodles and curry were amazing!! The food is definitely spicy, which we personally loved. I'm sure you can tell them to turn down the spice if needed. Not only was the food delicious, the service that was provided was AMAZING. Ten Ten was our server, and she was an absolute sweet heart! She was attentive, warm, friendly, and very helpful in general.

We have eaten at this restaurant many times but never again. The service was disorganized and slow. The food was mostly tasteless and cold. We were comped the crab fried rice as it was not very edible. Will never come back.

Lemongrass is located in the Aria, which means you pay for parking unless you have MGM privileges. The ambiance is pleasant but unremarkable and not as loud as most Strip restaurants. Table conversation was not strained. Service was appropriately attentive. Gyozas and shrimp rolls were tasty appetizers. Our main dish of drunken noodles with seafood was a little skimpy but tasty. We also had the duck panang , sea bass and crispy pork. All were well prepared and presented. The wine list is reasonable. All in all, if you’re looking for a good Thai restaurant that won’t break the bank, this is a good option.

6 of us went for NYE, hoping for excellent food and a Vegas NYE experience. So nothing special for NYE - ok; but this is an upscale restaurant at the Aria, so we were expecting excellent food. But I've had much better meals at our local Thai restaurant back home. We were eating primarily vegetarian, with just a couple of meat/seafood dishes. But all, were just average. None popped, nor provided any memories. Not likely any of us would visit there again.
