This is not your old school Vegas Buffet with super large selection but not a whole lot of quality. It's better than anyone of the Harrah family like Rio or Planet Hollywood or Paris It has several fresh cook to order style section. A large carving section with tasty prime rib and Korean Ribs The seafood section have both cold... More

This is a great buffet for a family with varied tastes. Many Vegas buffets separate the selection by regional cuisines (an Asian section, a Mexican section, you get the picture), but Aria does this surprisingly well with very good food in every section. I'd say this buffet is a cut above others in the same price range.

This is a very well provisioned buffet - there are dishes to cater for all cultures and requirements, asian, european, religion-based and so on. In fact, there is so much on offer that it can be a bit daunting trying to choose what to try. Everything is excellent quality (except the coffee, but it is America) and limitless in supply.... I have been going to the Aria buffet for the last 6 years, this past January was a bad experience, first of all in the service attitude of the waitress, she told me that her head hurt, we bought a package of drinks always with bad temperature , At the time she wanted to bring them is to say delayed,... Excellent buffet, tons of fresh choices, everything tasted great. You enter the buffet by paying for your meal first, at this time you add your gratuity, then you are escorted to your seat. The wait staff takes your drink order, coffee tea juice soft drinks included, alcohol is extra. Then you are turned loose to large buffet. Choices include sushi... More

This is the best buffet we've found. The selection is wonderful, the service is good, the buffet is restocked regularly and the food is wonderfully fresh. Lunch or dinner - both are worth the effort. If you're an MLife member there's a reserved line.

This buffet is a crab lovers dream. Such a great variety of choices. Everything was great and I wasn't drinking!!! Also save room for the best deserts! Price was $40. and worth every penny.

I'm continually amazed how some buffets deliver such a range of meals, and quality for the price of admission. The meals aren't fine dining, but no one (should) expect them to be. They are certainly better than most buffets you come across. The worst part of the whole experience was being seated near other diners who had clearly taken up... More

I had the strangest breakfast ever in this buffet! There is such a wide range of breakfast, and non breakfast, food I just had to mix and match. Curries, sushi, roast beef, salads, cakes, eggs, pizza etc etc etc. If you want it, it's probably there! Cost is quite high as with most places in Vegas.

This buffet sucked and we are not coming back: this is one of the priciest buffets in Las Vegas. The line was about 25 minutes long. The choices are very poor. There is a long line for the carving section and the two stocky men are unfriendly with an attitude. They even ignored some guests and did not serve them!... More
