On my annual Vegas trip, I always plan for one night at a fancy and expensive dinner. Well, it was fancy and expensive for sure. The atmosphere and staff were excellent. The food was just average. I had a New York steak that was $70 just for the steak and it was just "average" again! I definitely don't mind spending... More

Good meal. Hubbys pasta was kind of a small portion, but tasty. My veal was great, hubby had to help since it was a big portion, so it worked out.

I've been here 3 times. All as business meetings. Small group and large groups. The service is horrible and I can't image why. The place had many open tables and even though we had reservations they had us wait at the bar for 20minutes. The servers are clueless about the menu and always said they don't know. The carvers don't... More

Great steaks. Service excellent. Simple food, but very good. The decor was very nice, and they hurried the pace so we could make the show later that night.

Italian farmhouse ale was an excellent beer. 90 day dry aged ribeye was everything I imagined and more. Super tender and not as 'funky' as I thought it might be. Ask for rare. If you order this any more than medium rare, you cannot be my friend. I am only kidding a little. I do wish they would leave the... More

Went to dinner here last night and shared the 28 oz Porterhouse for two. Steak was a great cut of meat but pricey for $170. Good drinks, beer and dessert. My only word of caution would be to avoid the mashed potatoes... they fold an egg into it and makes they quite runny. Not the texture I want with my... More

I go on pilgrimages with my sister...in search of serious bookstores, to find out-of-the-way markets, to seek adventure, and in the quest of diverse dining experience. We went to Vegas for the hoot factor, but we also wanted to dine in one of the finer restaurants owned by celebrity chefs we admire. Most of the venues and menus we researched... More

I have always made Carnevino as my must visit restaurant whenever I came to Las Vegas, and have dined there 4 or 5 times. Three weeks ago I visit Carnevino and enjoyed a wonderful New York Steak and paid about $80, last week I came to Carnevino again, on election night and I also enjoyed a wonderful New York steak... I had heard from so many sources that this place makes the best steak in Vegas if not the United States and I am here to tell you that even though the steak was good it wasn't the best I've ever had. Perhaps my heightened expectations affected my experience but I have had better steaks for a lot less money.... More

One place to stay and enjoy a very good meal . But meat is the signature. Expensive , nice place , great attention . The wine chart is enormous. Prices from 120 us,to 16000 us a bottle.
