We decided to use our room credit from the Palazzo to offset the high cost of eating at CUT, as it appeared to be an expensive but very well regarded restaurant. We were not disappointed, the service and food were superb throughout. Good points: +...More

Located in the beautiful Venetian/Palazzo, CUT is a quintessential steakhouse that focus in on the magnitude of the different cuts of beef and the many different regional flavors that come from specific herds. It does seem a touch pricier than other steakhouses, even those on...More

A wonderful dining experience. From cocktails to ambiance, service, and of course the cuisine. We were on a time constraint due to having tickets for a show at another Hotel but everything was made possible to comfortably suit our needs. My partner does not eat...More

The stack was good. But this restaurant is extremely noisy. You get the sensation to be in a train station. Not for a romentic dinner. The other drawback is the price. This is really overpriced and the ratio to quality is not in proportion

Based off reviews we ate here on our special night. They try to make you feel special though it can come off as disingenuous. The wait staff can also come off as snobs. It seems as if they try to up sell on the most...More

Took customers here based upon TA reviews and was thoroughly impressed. Service was impeccable, drinks were exceptional, and steaks were good but not great. Steaks were not cooked correctly but everything else was amazing. It's expensive but worth it.

Fantastic steaks and drinks. Highly recommend! They have a bartender that roams the restaurant serving old fashioned.

I dined at Cut Steakhouse last evening. I rarely eat steak, or any red meat. I started with a simple salad of greens, avocado and tomato. Very fresh. I ordered an Australian grass fed filet mignon with a side of polenta. The meat was so...More

The pricing that the other answers have said are pretty accurate. We went there to have the 34oz porterhouse steak, which was 136.00, wine was 90.00 for a bottle, the 3 sides where a total of 75.00 and the dessert was 26.00... More
