The service here is really pretty good. The food is kind of average. You might expect a little better from a Hyatt. It is a really convenient restaurant as it is just off the casino. The people who work there really try to make it...More

We like coming here for the bar menu. We ordered quite a few different items to share between the three of us. I liked the fish and chips, quesadilla and wings. The french onion soup didn't have enough broth and too many onions. It's decently...More

Despite the casino setting this is a nice comfy bar with a local feel. It's close to the beach and Village Green. Good drinks and spirits menu. And always good service

We stayed at the hotel for a business conference recently. Ended up eating at Cutthroats twice in 3 days! The Cutthroat Cesar salad is not to be missed. Drinks were amazing as well. Reasonably priced for the area.

We decided to eat here after a full day of skiing during our stay at the Hyatt, and chose this restaurant because they seemed to have the best fish & chips in the area. The fish & chips were excellent, the service was fast, and...More

We have been here a few times and would say it's not the best, it's not the worst. It's a casual bar/restaurant inside Hyatt and offers the usual bar food - burger, nachos, etc. Service can be hit or miss.More

We ordered a pepperoni pizza, mozzarella sticks, brisket sliders and the meatless nachos. All were so delicious. The mozzarella sticks had the best beer batter I have ever tasted. Everything was very tasty and delicious. Miguel the waiter was very friendly and nice.

I ate here during my stay at the Hyatt. The food was really good and the service was quick. Both of my kids found meals they liked. It has a sports bar feel, so if you don't like TVs with sports playing during dinner, try...More

Wait staff was inattentive. Server said he wouldn't split more than six tickets. Drinks took half an hour to arrive. Prices were exorbitant. Gratuity was included. Never go to this restaurant.More
