What a fun place this is! After spending the day in Death Valley, we were famished. The cast of characters at this place was something else including a cowboy displaying Nevadas open carry laws, chain smokers, dogs, & eclectic mix of others. The inside area is tiny. We had hamburgers & chili. Everything had a very homemade feel to it... More

Super small but great friendly staff. Great burgers and chili and reasonable. Took our seven year old and he loved it. They have outdoor seating but it was too cold. I'd go back!

Their sign advertised hamburgers. We had hamburgers. Good price. Friendly service. Delicious. Small place with quaint charm. Outdoor seating, too.

Cozy and friendly. They've got all kinds of awards for their chili on the wall, but I found it pretty average.

This place was not as good as we had hoped. The menu is very small, which we knew but the food was nothing to get excited about. Very nice people and good service though.

Charming bar in Old Western Style in the nice little town of Beatty. Speciality is Burro Chili and Beer, both tasted very good.

The menu lists hot dogs, hamburgers and cheese burgers with and without chili. Of course you can also order a bowl of chili by itself. We arrived about 8pm on a Wednesday evening and they were all out of chili. What a disappointment! The Hebrew hot dog was good, plain and came with a bag of lays potato chips. We... More

Stopped in for lunch on our way from Vegas to Reno. Small, casual place with pleasant outdoor seating. Tried the Fritos bowl of chili and the chili burger. Both items good. Service terrific and friendly. Important to note - menu is very limited, but what they served was good!

The Chili, along with the hamburgers are really, really great! The Chili being homemade, was won (several?) awards and it shows. The burgers come loaded and sloppy. Beer? Well, very cold and goes down very smooth on a hot evening. This place is sort of a cult classic.

Went here while visiting beatty. Awesome burgers and nicest chilli I have tasted. Very friendly bar, suzi (sorry if I got your name wrong) told me where I could get some carolans as there is no liquor store (I can't even get this in England now, they told me they didn't make it anymore). Would definitely visit here if I... More
