Food was tasty and it was neat to watch him cook. However, the chef seemed a little bored with it. Japanese chef's can really make a place fun. Ours wasn't bad, just so-so.

Did the hibatchi chicken and shrimp. Nice atmosphere. Good service. The presentation was fun. The shrimp was great, the chicken was dried out and barely edible with little flavor (the reason for 4 stars). Would go back.

My daughter and I go to Fuji at least 3 times a month for lunch and they never disappoint! The food is always cooked to perfection and the entire staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Always enjoy going here.
