It was only $120 a night for a 2-bedroom cabin -- it is rustic but clean! No TV!!! Yippee! Just peace & quiet with the most beautiful mountain scenery. I want to go back for at least a week! A+++++ everything!!!

We returned to Chico after a 20+ year absence and were very happy that the service and food was still excellent.

We decided to try a pizza at Chico. We went into the saloon, which was extremely cold. People were complaining about how cold it was inside, so we decided to go outside to eat. It was filthy, overflowing ashtrays on all the tables, with the stench of rotting garbage. Are pizza arrived, and was so awful we couldn't even eat... More

The prices are high, the food is good, but if you're expecting anything other than Montana hospitality, the git!

I love this place. The food is always exceptional and you must order the soup. It is the finest I have ever had. The service is friendly, love Laura and Chaban. They really enjoy their customers and they are wonderfully interesting. Owner Colin is attentive, welcoming and super kind. He runs a classy place. It's worth it!

The restaurant was nice and the food was good, but it wasn't quite what we expected. Very crowded with tables very close together, lots of children which didn't lend well to a romantic meal, and our service was not very good. We'd read so many reviews and really had high expectations. If we go back again, I think we will... More

We were able to get last minute reservations in the restaurant which had great ambiance. The food was good but I thought a little expensive. Service was excellent

Beautiful setting with good food most of the time. However, when you say you source locally, it's unfair then to serve beef from Kansas!

Meal was expensive and not memorable. Service was mediocre. Use tablecloths for dinner. The bare wood table is ok for breakfast and lunch, but if you want to offer fine dining, present like it.
