This family owned restaurant has a limited selection but great food. Prices are reasonable and good size portions. Causal and family friendly.

Reliably good food for this area. The dishes aren't as decorative as some Thai places I've been, but they taste great.

I love Thai food and Hot Spot is. One of the best I've ever eaten in. I've eaten at many Thai restaurants. I would have given it four stars but sometimes the meal is not as good (it's still good but not as good as other times) so consistency is an issue. I hope you visit on one of the... More

I try to eat here several times each summer when we are in the area working. There is a good variety on the menu although I almost always order Pad Thai and food can be as mild or as spicy as you'd like. They bill the restaurant as having a lake view but the only lake view you'll get is... More

Everything is prepared individually to order. So it takes awhile if there are lots of people in the restaurant. It is usually very worthwhile to wait. Sometimes it's not as spicy as ordered, but that's easily remedied. The food is always very good. Some say it's authentic Thai, but I have no way to gauge that. I just know it... More

It's easy to find the Hot Spot, located adjacent to the highway that runs through town. The building is modest and unassuming. Skip the tiny booths downstairs and climb the stairs for a view of beautiful Flathead Lake. Deck seating is available but I have never seen it used. The owner is of Thai descent but does speak limited English. Recipes... More

We really enjoyed dinner at this unassuming Thai restaurant. No frills, reasonable prices, very quick service. Heat of spices not as hot as we are used to--if you like it hot, go ahead and say so. Also, they don't serve alcohol, but allow you to bring in your own, so be forewarned.

Small down stairs but a nice room upstairs with excellent views. They do not serve drinks but they let us bring our own wine. The food is not fabulous but it is tasty and nice for a different change of pace from American food.

Great food, but I don't know what authentic Thai food is. I just know that I really like Hot Spot Thai

We stopped at this restaurant while visiting Polson on vacation. I love Thai food and this place is OK, but nothing spectacular. I ordered the panang curry with tofu and it was OK. Another person had massaman curry also ok and the other person drunken noodles. If you need a Thai fix, this will do. Service was rather slow and... More
